With three decades in the business and three locations in Dalhousie, Tuscany, and Southwood, we are experts of Green Fine Dry Cleaning and are well versed in toxic free cleaning. Our menu of 100% green services runs the gamut from the titular water-less cleansing method to alterations of suede items or elegant taffeta ball gowns that were worn at canine prom.

Our new equipment uses a NON-TOXIC CLEANER and is ECO-FRIENDLY! We provide professional dry cleaning and finishing services on every fabric type including beaded and sequined items.
We will be opening a new location in the new community of Legacy and would love to continue serving our Southwood customers. To facilitate this transition, we will be providing a pickup & delivery service at no extra cost to you. Our pickup & delivery service is open to all customers whether you are a current Southwood customer or a customer at one of our other fine locations.

This place is supposed to accept UPS packages. I gave them mu package and the commercial invoices, and expressed that UPS will need it. But I see that the tracking says its missing the invoices. Maybe its not their fault but three times that I have talked to them, they were not friendly or even listening and kind of aggressive as well. Done dealing with them and will not do business with them for sure.

I took in 2 suit jackets for dry cleaning and picked them up 2 days later. Unfortunately I did not check them and found out on the day I got dressed for work that they had not been cleaned. This was a temp assignment and I need to make a good impression as I am trying to find permanent work. I was horrified and humiliated going into the office on the first day and having my jacket stinking of body odour. So embarrassed. I wrote a complaint to them a week ago. Still have not heard back from them. I will never use their "services" again. Complete waste of money and time.

I dropped off 4 items (3 dresses and 1 blouse) for my wife on Nov. 13th and were told they would be ready by Nov. 16th. Went back in on the 16th and only the 3 dresses were ready with a note attached to the dresses reading "blouse to follow". The girl at the front desk had no idea what that meant and said she'd leave a note with her manager to contact me. I waited through the weekend and heard nothing so gave them a call on Monday Nov. 19th. Another girl answered the phone, had no idea what the issue was, and said that she would leave ANOTHER note for her manager. I waited another

Very poor experience with regards to customer service! Dropped of a Queen size comforter on a Saturday - told to pick up on Tuesday. When I arrived Tuesday - 'oh they should have told you it takes more than a few days'. So I arrive on Friday - 'we can't clean it - just received a call yesterday, come in later today and you can pick it up."
