No, not at all, in fact, most of our customers are not home. You simply leave the bag on the front porch and we deliver them on the hook we will provide for you. They're pretty great, right? They're eco-friendly bags that get washed and cleaned every time they come back to our plant. We are always in your area twice a week.
I use the bag service and am always satisfied. When I require an item done on short notice, this team is always happy to meet my needs. Tony always goes over and beyond his dry cleaning service with attending to small items such as tailoring and shoe repair. Tony was awesome to talk to with about their many services and my dress shirts turned out awesome.

Last year my wife and I took our Canada Goose jackets for dry cleaning. They ruined them! My wife refused to pay the $180 charge and took the jackets. The owner insisted they’d try to repair the damage. That was a ploy to get the jackets. The owner admitted he never intended to repair the damage. They said it was not their fault and demanded payment or they would donate them. We had to pay as our jackets were being held hostage. Fortunately Canada Goose repaired the damage done by Barkers.

After having my wedding dress ruined just two weeks before the wedding, being unable to even retrieve my deposit and being subjected to being called a liar, being shouted at and feeling very threatened by the owner of this establishment, today I took the damaged dress to the tailor who had altered it for me. She confirmed that the dress was not in this damaged state when she passed it to Barker’s for cleaning. She also pointed out that the wrinkles were likely due to the interior shell of the dress being shrunk. She estimated it had shrunk by

I brought my husband-to-be's dress shirt and pants here for dry cleaning and they did a terrible job! Both the shirt and pants look like they were only pressed - not cleaned at all. It is so disappointing especially since he is to wear these items at our wedding! And to top it all off, despite mentioning the lack of cleaning and pointing out the areas that were marked up, they still charged us the full amount. I will not be returning to Barker's and would recommend the same to you

I'm writing and posting this here to let you all be aware of my awful experience with Barker's fine dry cleaning in Strathcona Park. I took them a silk blend Theory blouse to dry clean. The buttons on the shirt were all shell. When I went to pick up the shirts they were all broken. They said they would replace the buttons and when I came back to pick up the shirt they're all black plastic buttons on the blue striped shirt. Needless to say it looked awful. I left the shirt at the store telling the girl that they either need to get better buttons or replace my shirt. The owner from the store called
