Dan picked up two of our Duvets from our home in the evening. We had a brief friendly chat/laugh about the worlds current situation. He took the duvets, cleaned them and returned them a couple days later safely to the side of our home, while we were both at work.
Highly recommend them to anyone living in the NW. Great service hours!

I discovered my dark suit was dusty and a little crinkled after not being worn for a while. I only had 2 days to get ready for a funeral, but Dan came through for me. My local dry cleaner said no way, but Dan picked up the suit and got it back the morning of the funeral. He even gave me an update in the morning that he had the suit and would be on time. Thanks Dan and the gang!!

Ruined my sport coat and offered no reimbursement (even had to pay for the dry cleaning). Instead he rambled on about suit makers for 30 minutes explaining how it was my fault for buying the sport coat in the first place even though only spots on the jacket were ruined, not the whole thing... very unprofessional and I'll obviously never return.

I've been going here for 2 years spending an average of $30-$40 per trip every 3 weeks. They charge a little more then others and take longer to get the clothes back to me but are open later then other which better fits my schedule.
They lost my pants. I no longer have pants to an $800+ suit and will not be using them for my dry cleaning anymore.
