First time visit for a cleaning and filling and it was great! Everyone was friendly, little to no wait times, great at explaining what was happening and answering my questions. Got my first filling done with no freezing and no pain. Plus direct billing to insurance! Def recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the area

Dr. Wissam is a great dentist! I don't say that very lightly. I have not had the best experience with dentists so I've always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. He was very kind and considerate throughout the appointment.
The staff is also exceptional. Very kind and fun people to chat with. Special shout out to Ossia because it is always great to see a POC women in front-facing roles. Such a joyful spirit!

I was looking for a dentist for my husband, who had a dental emergency. I came across Westdale Dentistry on Google Maps. I was really impressed with the reviews and especially as a few of them had mentioned that they were budget conscious for seniors and students (my husband is a senior on pension). To be honest, I thought they were almost too good :) however after my husband came back after his appointment, and told me about how he had been treated, I want readers to believe that these are genuine reviews and cannot recommend Dr Wissam Abbas and the Westdale Dental Clinic team highly enough.

Very friendly, very kind, very welcoming and accommodating! Did a very thorough intake as a new patient and absolutely amazing at explaining what they were looking for. Also great suggestions for possible teeth improvements and how much they would cost. Great consideration for a student on a budget!

Save your health, this place may kill you, I had two teeth filled here which became infected and the teeth had to be pulled, they made me very sick. Dr young is a terrible dentist, he lied about cavities they were clearly visible, he is a sick individual, there is nothing worse the. People who disguise themselves as health care provider and purposely make you sick. This is not an exaggeration at all, I would not want another person to go through what I have.

This is the worst dental clinic in the city I took my 4 yr old there a few yrs ago to have some cavitys taken care of and the problem was that we needed sleep dentistry.
after the initial visit we felt good , but after a visit from the schools health nurse , stating he needed a dentist due to an absess, that needed immediate attention we went again , where we were told that some of the work didn't take and they needed to redo, then months later we experienced other issues, again needing to redo the work. Spending over $7000 for the work in total. and 3 different sleep dentstry visits..

I cannot even give a single star to this centre. I had a very bad experience here. The Dentist failed to do a simple root canal as he first cannot find the canals (apparently) and then drilled in too far that it started bleeding. Then he took an X-ray and said we need to extract the tooth!! I had 2 root canals before this and never had any problem whatsoever! If he was not sure if he could do it he would have asked for help... He needs to go back to school and do it all aver again. He cannot keep playing with people's teeth and just extract them if he fails. You are a Dentist for god sake
