Dr. Dina is a practicing cosmetic dentist with over 15 years of experience. She received her Canadian dentistry license from the Royal College of Dental Surgeon and she is a member of Ontario dental Association. She is trained and certified in Moderate conscious sedation (nitrous oxide and oral sedation).

Scammers! They DO UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES (ie. scanning ur teeth when they can just literally look with their eyes & charge you 140$ for it) & SURPRISE U WITH A VERY LARGE BILL over nothing that they have done! They also DO NOT TELL U what they are going to do & the cost of it, but PUT U IN THE SPOT where u have no choice but to pay for their absolutely unnecessary & untold procedures. BE VERY CAREFUL & AWARE OF GETTING SCAMMED BY THE STAFF.

So I went to this office for the first time today and it might be my best dentist visit of my 30 years of life! everyone was polite, helpful, organized, professional, ans non-judgemental. no one wants to go to the dentist and hear a judgement filled lecture. today I was actually educated on how to do things properly and manage the health of my teeth long term by the very kind woman who did my cleaning. the Dr and her assistant were very thorough and on point about my needs. they even have payment plans available if you need more extensive work done. I was very anxious for my first visit in a few years! The staff were absolutely fantastic and very patient and understanding my fears and emotions! It’s unfortunate that I have to give this office such a low star rating because it’s not because of Dr. Dina (even though she doesn’t have the softest mannerism) but it’s more for the front staff Tina. She is the gatekeeper to the clinic and they made a big mistake having her up there. You can hear her belittling the staff and at times the patients. I try to book regular appointments and she will make me wait up to 2 months even though the dentist said to come in next availability they have and have overheard Tina booking other patients much sooner with the same dentist.
