I had an issue with a temporary Crown late in the day and Dr. Andrew's and his super friendly and competent Assistant had me in within 30 minutes and out within 15. I have had some great dentists over the years at this location but this service and responsiveness could simply not have been any better!

I have attended 4 appointments in the past few weeks. In every one, I felt so at ease, from beginning to end, and was so happy with each person on staff that I was with or simply encountered. I had great service from friendly and high-skilled hygienists. And I am so grateful to have Dr. Tracy Mitchell as my dentist. Awesome knowledge and skills, and a wonderful personality. I have been going to Colwood Dental Group (2nd floor) since I was a child myself - over 25 years. They were amazing back then, (Dr. Winters especially, RIP) and are just as incredible now. My husband has also been going since he was a kid, and we have taken our now 3 year old there since he was 1!
They are super caring and kind. I recently had to have two cavities filled and am beyond anxious about the freezing needle. They adapted to this, and were very compassionate -- they did everything they could to make me comfortable, and I am so appreciative.

The office is run with great efficiency. The front staff, dentists and hygienists have all been a pleasure to deal with treating me with kindness & respect. I have recently experienced the opposite at my local medical clinic. Two days later I was at Colwood Dental Clinic. Wow. Nice to be treated as if I am a valued person. Much appreciated Colwood Dental Group!

Colwood Dental is seriously the best. I was traumatized as a child by a cruel dentist in the 1960s-70s and carried that trauma for years. The folks at Colwood are gentle, caring and kind. I almost fall asleep now during my treatments. I used to have sedation for dental work and one of the dentists at Colwood convinced me to try without it. I cried after my treatment with relief, they were that good to me. They also teach you better cleaning techniques and explain everything. They never push or suggest things you do not need. The office staff as well are lovely and caring. They have a great computer
