Cornerstone Psychological Services offers specialized treatment in many areas of counselling and therapy for children (ages 10 and up), adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families. With professionalism and sensitivity, we use a science based model of therapeutic practice to find the quickest way to resolve core issues.
At Cornerstone Psychological Services we believe in providing mental health services that treat underlying issues - not short-term "band-aid" solutions that simply manage symptoms or surface problems. This means that our therapy clients get the help they need with an aim toward optimizing their fullest potential.

We are located about 22 minutes from of the Halifax peninsula. Take Highway 103 to Upper Tantallon (Exit 5). Turn Left at the lights, driving past the schools until the road ends just before the Atlantic Superstore. Turn Right onto the St. Margaret's Bay Rd, drive past the Irving and continue straight, just through the intersection, where you will turn left into the parking lot.

I cannot attest to their services, I have heard good things.
However, the website and yelp both state they provide services for ages 8+, and when I called for my son they informed me they actually do not take kids that young. So, if you are looking for services for children of that lower age range, you may want to consider another spot.
