We pre booked for a time, got a call 10 minutes before pick up from them saying " we'll be 1 hour to 1.5hrs later". When I asked why, I was told "on the spot calls"
were ahead. When I said that is why we booked ahead the dispatchers hung up on me.

They said they would be at my house in 5-10 minutes I waited 45 minutes and started walking useless company there are the reason everybody’s using these other rideshare programs I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Ordered a taxi, on time, excellent service. When I got home I realised I had lost an invaluable USB drive. At 7 pm. I got a text that the driver found it and was on his way to return it. In a world where you could die of old age waiting on hold for customer service it's nice to know some people care enough to think about the things that you care about. Many thanks.

I've been using Blueline every Sunday for the past month to get to work. From the initial phone call to arriving at my destination, they are always professional. The vehicles are very clean and the drivers 👌... with a generous tip, they are still cheaper than Uber. I'm happy to use & promote a local company with 100% customer satisfaction.
