Critical: Punctuality
Was told 10mins for a cab. After 20mins I called back asking where they were. I was told another 5-10mins. I was late to work. This is a company I used often and always tipped the drivers too. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least.

I've taken cabs with this company a few times but a recent one was truly poor. Got a ride home with a friend at 4 in the morning while intoxicated and once we got home they said we had to pay cash. Changed the reason for why a few times- once the fare was too low for the debit machine, once the machine was broken, once they just didn't have a machine period. We didn't have cash as we'd originally intended to take an Uber and would've paid through that app... so they asked who we banked with then turned around and drove us to the bank and made us withdraw money for the fare. At 4 in the morning

Flames cab..Absolutely THE BEST, THE FINEST TAXIS, SERVICE, DRIVERS. Friendly professionals that treat you like Royalty and a human all at the same time. I call them often and they are ALWAYS ahead of time, but patient. They even know where I'm going if I've gone a couple of times. Amazing attention to details, everything is 'just so'. Exceptionally clean vehicles, perfect temperature great drivers. I simply cannot say enough good about them!! They take all major forms of payment including Interac; I try to always tip them well. It's very worth it!! I have taken many car services over the years
