My premium kept increasing without any clear reason. The most recent was due to my mailing address update. Originally 307$ in July and now they increased to 367$ five months later. I didn't get any ticket or conviction during this period. Drove less than 3000km due to covid. So I switched back to my original company, which is way cheaper than them now. Not to mention that there is also a few hundred dollars penalty for cancellation and I have to pay the whole month premium even I cancel in the early date of the month. The service was good when I first contacted them. I am now very dissatisfied

After moving from BC, I looked with a few car insurance company, Desjardins was the one i got the best price. Hanson Qin took the time to answer all my questions and he was really patient. English is my second language so sometimes its hard for me to understand everything over the phone but he made sure i understood everything. I contacted him again few months later for some quotes and other questions and he answered all of them. Really professionel and polite, I would definitely recommend him to any friends and family.

They are by far the worst insurance agency in Canada. Each time I called them and when spoke to different agents, everyone gave me different quote for my car insurance. After I got insured I knew they will scam me somehow. I asked them if I could park my vehicle for over a month and they said it would cost me $250 which is so absurd and then when I told them I will cancel my policy they threatened me that they will inform the other company and which will increase my premium.
Please do not get insured from here if you plan on saving some money. They are scammers!

Following the retirement of my insurance agent of many, many years, my file was moved to Robin’s office about a year ago. Because I had to make some changes to my policy, I decided it was time to actually meet my new insurance agent. I dropped into the office unannounced and was greeted warmly. Robin is a pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain my options for some revisions to my insurance coverage and worked to find some significant savings on my insurance costs. She is professional, clear in her communications, and very cheerful. I am very happy with the service received and recommend
