Dr K. Chan is an excellent doctor. I really appreciate her candor, professionalism, and bedside manner. She advocated aggressively for me to see a specialist during the COVID hellscape and got me one in a timely fashion. This is someone who will advocate for your health. Clinic is clean, very well-staffed, with polite admin/reception staff, who made me feel super comfortable. Pharmacy and Dynalife within a close distance.

The doctors at this clinic are fabulous. However it seems to be managed by the cat in the hat. I am grateful I don't often require doctors care as the staff all seem like they work hard with no support or appreciation. There always seems to be chaos and confusion and management can never seem to give proper support. Many I know have said in recent months the clinic has gone downhill since a shift in management and focus. Hopefully the staff can one day find pride and joy in their work again!

The staff at this clinic are very friendly, professional and very accommodating. Dr. McEvoy is sincere, caring and always pleasant. She listens, addresses any concerns I or my husband have and does not hesitate to collaborate with her colleagues should she feel it necessary. She is genuinely interested in finding the best approaches for our needs and always with a gentle voice. We feel every comfortable when we have the need to visit this clinic.

This is the best clinic by far. They have great staff, and the doctors are outstanding. They treat patients with kindness, care. They make sure u understand your diagnosis, work with you for treatment whatever that may be. They always have lots of staff, walk ins, and many doctors male and female. My doctor quit recently, and they havent missed a beat with my care.❤

Terrible clinic. Frontline staff consistently mess up appointments, family doctors have up to 3 week waits. Their phone number is often down as it seems like they just don't answer the phone. I've been try to call them for the past 3 hours and get an automated recording saying the number is not available.
