Our certified home inspectors will go through your property and perform a comprehensive visual inspection to assess the condition of the house and all of its systems, as observed at the time of the inspection.
Pre-Purchase Inspections give you an enhanced understanding of the overall condition of the residence at the time of inspection. Throughout the inspection, you will become familiarized with the residence and you will find your queries answered as the inspection goes on. This inspection alerts you to any deficiencies or safety issues of the home.
Along with teaching clients about their new condo. You wouldn't believe how many people do not know where the electrical panel or the main water shut off is for their unit. All of these issues (see photos) and more have been found on Condo Inspections. If not fixed or even discovered could lead to serious health/safety implications, and could also cost thousands of dollars or repairs.
The quality of the air inside your home should be a primary concern for everyone. There are many airborne toxins and other harmful bacteria that can be present in the air. If not addressed these issues can cause serious health risks to any occupants which live in the residence. We recommend testing the quality of the air in the home once a year.
On most of our inspections, we perform an Infrared inspection aswell. Such an inspection allows us to see temperature differences around the home. It can help us find issues that would have been invisible to the naked eye and potentially missed. We do this by using very expensive and cutting edge thermal imaging camera which shows the differences of temperature up to.01 of a degree Fahrenheit.

We have a new construction home. We hired Boris from Power Home Inspection to perform the one year warranty inspection. Boris is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Not only did he advise on specific items that the builder needed to fix (cosmetic and functional, up to code etc) he also spent a lot of time educating us on how to maintain our home to protect and minimize future wear and tear issues. We didn't know what to expect but it was worth the peace of mind. We highly recommend his services.

Boris recently inspected our newly purchased house. He was very thorough in his work and knowledgeable in his answers. He found several issues with the house that were relatively easy to address only because they were detected early. Having worked with other inspectors in the past, I have not seen those inspectors inspecting all the areas that Boris did and paying attention to all the details that he did. Boris has earned our trust and loyalty for all future inspections or house related questions. Highly recommended.

Boris was on-time and did a thorough inspection. I actually did not go through with the first property we did a home inspection on because of the results (and thank goodness for that!). As a first time homebuyer, he was very helpful in explaining what we should be concerned about and what needs to be maintained going forward. Would definitely recommend Boris’ services.
