We completed a Buyer’s Review of a Home Inspection Report with Walter Collodel. This is our first house so we were a bit anxious about maintenance and repairs. Walter was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and provided really solid practical advice. He went above and beyond. How come there are no reviews from students? I am a currently enrolled as a student for home inspection course and I find it very challenging and extensively fill with unnecessary things just to make a course look professional. I'm sure there are other students who feel this way. I tried contacting the teacher, but did not get satisfactory help or answers. It's like read MBBS books online and become a Medical doctor.

I dealt with Michael on the phone lines to book everything up, and he was AMAZING. Very hands-on, friendly, caring, and informative. Good customer service is very rare to find these days, so it was very nice and refreshing. Made me feel very positive about Carson Dunlop as a company. Our inspector (Walter) was also wonderful, detail-oriented, and a good guy. The house deal didn't go through due to the inspection, and they really helped us through it. If the company is filled with people like Michael and Walter, will always use and highly recommend this company!

Very thorough and detailed, I don’t know how anyone would purchase a home without an inspection. We learned how to change the filter in the furnace, the age of it, and when it should be replaced. We learned where the shut offs were. Simple things like that save us from having to search for them. It’s nice to see what we had to do right away and what we would have to do in the years to come, it gives you an idea of how much you’ll be spending to maintain the home in the next 1-10 years, so there are no surprises.

Great service! Was referred to us by our agent.I really commend one of your inspectors Hal Woolley for doing the inspection of our new home. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He had great attention to detail. He walked us through step by step on things we should monitor, the do's and dont's in the household even though he was busy… inspecting our house at the same time. It felt like a learning curve for us especially I do not know much about what to look for within a home. He made sure to address critical issues in our next home and provided us professional solutions and recommendations

Both my home and business properties were inspected by Carson Dunlop. The inspection reports were very thorough yet easy to read. CD also provided me with a historical review of my commercial property and neighbourhood; information I would have never thought to search for on my own.

I have had nothing but the greatest experiences with Carson Dunlop over the past 30+ years and many, many inspections. They are extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. On those rare occasions when there was… a problem, usually due to the inspectors not having X-ray vision or outside the scope of the inspection they were very quick to offer a solution even years later. I will never have anyone but Carson Dunlop do an inspection for me.
