I only use areofleet when I need to book airport runs. Won't use any other company. They are fair curious and ontime!
They are always upfront and transparent. Don't get stuck taking another company out of Pearson. They will rip you off. I always call them when I land and book a car for pick up.
Recently I found out that they also do non airport runs. So good buy Uber hello areofleet for my meetings in and out of the city.

I arrived at Toronto pearson international Airport and my ride was getting late so I decided to take a airport limo to go home. The driver was amazing. He helped me with the luggage and when I asked him the fare he pulled out his rate sheet and showed me exactly what the fare was. He drove very professional, it was a very pleasant ride. I took the normal taxi service at Toronto International Airport on 17th Jan. Had a driver who didn't communicate, who when I gave him the address said his GPS didn't recognize it. Although my GPS did just fine. And over and above that he charges me $58 for a 10km ride that took 15 mins!!! I just got a credit card update and it says the charge was by Aerofleet Services.. When I asked him why it was so expensive he mumbled something (his style throughout). Making an essential move from Vancouver during COVID was stressful in itself. I could have done without this experience!!

The driver #111 was so in a hurry that he took our luggage out of the van while we were paying. He forgot my husband's laptop. When we got out we saw it right away it was missing and started shouting to the driver. No chance. We called the company right away. They can't do anything about it. Maybe tomorrow they said. Maybe when he comes to work. They don't know when. In the meantime, this guy will pick-up another fare that will go home with our laptop.

Please be aware that when you call in to book your car, the operators will tell you one price but the actual driver charges you another. The customer service is horrendous and I was told I should have called them when the driver was trying to charge me a different amount. The difference in fare would not have been worth me being late for my flight. I took the service both on the way to the airport and on the way home. Upon arrival, I called to let them know I had landed and they told me to call after picking up my luggage and hung up on me. I didn't have luggage to pick up - of course, this

We arranged for pickup from home to aeroport. The driver didn't show up when I called the dispatcher they told me the driver car broke down and won't be able to make it and they suggested I contact a taxi. very upset and disappointed with there service as they didn't even bother calling me earlier to tell they won't make it. Almost missed my flight cause of them if wasn't for my neighbor.
Not sure why the service has been degraded in the past 3 years I have been using before in past 8 years but it got worsen lately !

I have been a customer of their services for a year and a half and use their car services twice a week, every week for business travel. I have had a couple of issues with their service over the time period, but nothing that has caused me to want to switch companies. However, as of late, their service has become extremely poor. The drivers have been increasingly late for pick up (10, 15, 20 and 30 min late) and in some cases have never shown up! I have been using Aerofleet for years. With the new phone app you don't have to interact with their operators. Many are nice but some can seem rushed and not so friendly, as if they are paid based on the number of calls they can complete and in the shortest time. Use the app. Arriving at the airport and calling for a cal the main issue is depending on the time of day they take a long time to answer the phone. So you wait a long time to be picked up.

Needed to get to Scarborough from the airport. Came out of baggage claim and spotted one of their cars. From the moment I rolled my luggage towards the car, the driver quickly came out and helped me with everything. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed that the car was clean and the drive to my destination was smooth. He was a safe driver and was wonderful to speak to.
The night before I was to leave Canada, I called Aerofleet Services and reserved a pick up time. Just give them your phone number, address of pick up and time. They will give you a car

I have used this service for well over a decade. They have never let me down. The cars are spotless, they get here on time, don't drive insanely and are very courteous. They even indulge my Timmies hankering when I get back from a long haul flight from Asia and am dying for a cup of Joe on the way home from the a/port. I highly recommend these guys. They are also professional and courteous.
