My elderly parent used thier cab service yesterday, the driver helped to unload the partials from the trunk. He told my parents he unloaded all items then closed the trunk. My elderly mom then realized he did not take the new coffee machine they just bought out of his trunk, might I mention, this was a large box and very noticeable , could not be forgotten accidently. Called the driver immediately who was just down the street, he refused to turn around and return the item. Then said if they wanted item return they must wait until the next day and pay him to drive the item back to them. We called

HIGHLY UNSAFE TO TRAVEL ....If i could i wouldn't even give a single star... one of their taxi's wasn't even in the left turning lane, crossed 2 cars infront of him in left turning lane,didn't stop at the intersection for the oncoming traffic.... escaped hitting 2 cars and a local transit bus today which were in the oncoming traffic. The taxi driver doesn't acknowledge the traffic lights. I spotted the same taxi skipping red lights

There was this taxi driver Ajith Singh (Taxi no:786) who was waiting for his customer in-front of a shop brampton parking his car horizontally covering all three spots in there. When I went requesting to move his car ,he threw really bad attitude on me and told got compliant where ever you want I don't care. I hope he does not behave the same way to his customer as well.

Very unsafe drivers and rude customer service. One of their cab drivers tailgated me as we were getting on 410 Northbound from Queens Street in Brampton. I was in the right most lane he tried to overtake me from the right side (OFF THE ROAD) but couldn't and because he was tailgating me and his driving was unpredictable, I was unsure to move to the left lane and merge on the highway and ended up staying in the right lane and take the wrong exit. Meanwhile he overtook me from the left after the exit. If he had to take the very next exit why was he driving so rashly and creating a bad driving condition

My mother was a loyal customer to this company for many years. She never had a problem once with their team. If I would be visiting for the day, I'd use this service any time I could. As soon as I gave the driver her address, they would spend most of the trip telling me how they had never met a nicer lady and would ask me about my life in Kitchener (my new home).
About a year ago, both myself and my mother got very sick with cancer. They would do whatever they could to make our trips as comfortable and safe as possible. Mine was stopped, but my mother's kept getting worse and worse and worse.

I am very disappointed with my service yesterday. I had called a cab around 11pm last night. So when the cab came I got in and we took off. At first it seemed fine, I had told him clearly which route I preferred to take. He kept missing the streets that I had told him to take. He basically ignored the directions I had told him to take. I let him know I did not appreciate at the fact that he did that and decided to take the long route to reach my house just to build up his fare. Second thing that disappointed me was the fact when I told him I will be paying by card he started to complain about the

They are the worst and most unprofessional cab service!! My girlfriend had taken them and was sexually harassed and hit on by the cab driver the entire ride! Further, she made sure to ask for a cab that takes debit/credit and the operator informed her that all of their cabs have the machines. However when the cab driver came he said his machine wouldn't work and that he will drive her to a bank to get him the money while HE WOULD LEFT THE METER RUNNING!!! That is horrible customer service, but once she said she would give him 5 dollar tip on a 7 dollar cab ride and somehow then the meter
