We consider everyone to be an athlete working towards their individual goals. Health (physical and mental), Performance (strength, mobility, endurance) and Body Composition (fat loss, muscle hypertrophy), are the three core staples of our philosophy.
At Paradigm Fitness we've strived to create a community atmosphere that is supportive and welcoming to all members. While there is sure to be a variance amongst our members, the coaching is customized to each individual and their level. We are results driven, but are realistic in our approach and do not preach an overnight fix.

I have been attending this gym since 2018 and it is the best gym I have ever set foot in! The coaches are unbelievably skilled and attentive. The small group private training concept is genius. I rarely missed a day as opposed to every other gym membership I’ve ever had, where I would train for 3 months and then stop but keep paying for the year….
Fast forward, pandemic, gyms were closed but they still offered online private classes which I kept doing.
Earlier this month I got into an accident and fractured my Tibial Plateau and partially tore my ACL…. This is supposed to be unbearably

I am so pleased with this West End fitness center. It offers a warm, friendly atmosphere with patient and gifted personal trainers who create programs to match individual needs.
The vibe is welcoming, the music eclectic, and the members friendly and welcoming.
Joined end Of January and showing up for my morning 8:15 or 9:30 sessions is effortless yet sessions Present a healthy challenge.

My son goes to Paradigm for his off season training between hockey seasons and Dane and Jean have been nothing but excellent for him. He loves their gym and I can relax knowing that he's well taken care of. In his words, "Very good staff, they encourage you and it's an amazing atmosphere, everyone is super nice".

I love the atmosphere @ Paradigm. The staff's dedication is par excellence and everyone is super friendly. They tailor the programs to everyone's needs and ability. I was never a gym goer before and I never enjoyed training in any gym. But that was before I signed up to Paradigm. At Paradigm time goes by fast and I can even say I started to like working out. I have become much stronger and energetic. The whole team ( Jean, Dane, Nicole and Maraika) is simply amazing.Their encouraging words are always sweet to hear and I do my best at my own pace. Thank you for everything Paradigm!

Paradigm Fitness is incredible! Over the past year and a half, the trainers have worked with me towards my fitness and health goals. While they do work us hard, the atmosphere is one of joy. The small class format is easy for me to schedule into my week and lets me feel like I have a private trainer while still being able to get motivated by others. And they offer a killer bootcamp! I can't recommend Paradigm highly enough.
