I bought a mobility scooter from them. I payed for a Gio Regal and they dilivered a T4b. When I questioned them about it they said there the same scooter. All I have is problem with the scooter. The last thing that when wrong with the scooter is the gearbox. It took them 22 days to get the scooter backed to me. The person who dilivered it said the part came from Vancouver just amazing. Can't drive it know because of the temperature and snow. I guess there go my warranty. Just be sure you get the scooter you payed for. My rating is minus.

We made this purchase over the phone, the fella I dealt with was easy to communicate with and very quick with answering all of my questions. Little disappointed that the product only has a 6 month warranty so hopefully we don't end up getting a “lemon” of a unit. My father is very excited to receive his new scooter. Prices seem fair but was hoping for a seniors discount for him as pension is minimal. I certainly hope that their product is good.

My husband purchased a small electric quad for our son at the end of March 2021. By the first week of May the quad would no longer charge, we had only charged it twice before with no issues. We wanted to get a new charger, after multiple phone calls going unanswered and emails with no response, we had a family member go into the store to get the item. Immediately told there was no warranty on it. Another customer present at this time was there complaining that they never answered there phone or emails. Horrible service experience after initial purchase. Just looking to make money, not stand behind

This place was good to deal with initially until we had some issues with an electric quad. They did not write back to emails, their phones would go unanswered, as well as the "text messaging" phone number they provided. They kept saying there was a tech / mechanic that could help out, but he was never there. Very, very poor customer service. They seem to be selling products they don't know anything about.
