Pre-ordered my new bike for spring here a few weeks ago. After 'trying' to deal with one of the other big dealers in the city (I won't name names) and getting zero callbacks - you'd think they'd want to sell something - I tried Alberta Cycle. They called back right away, confirmed they had my requested unit allotted, and took a deposit all very painlessly and politely. Richard was fantastic!

Have been there twice since they have become the local Guzzi dealer. Both times all sales people were to busy planning there weekend activities with each other to help anyone in the store. Was looking to purchase a Vespa. Left after 30 minutes, sitting on 10 bikes and nobody helped (not even a hello). Second time, similar issue. Parts counter was empty. Finally got my parts. All in all, in for 20 minutes for $7 part. Decided to email for remaining parts. A week in, no response from web request. When I called and asked if they checked the emails. She informed me she can only check hers and she doesn’t

Not good ordered $2400 of parts for my 2014 sno pro sx r 600 top end rebuild I ordered 14 parts but missing about 5 parts its says 1-14 and my exhaust gasketparts but missing a few parts so cant rebuild my top end my box was opened up when I drove 900kms to get it. 900kms there and 900kms back. Called many times but no answer not even return my voice mails. Its okay tho just remember when mine blew away ur sleds at alberta beach drag races gonna continue to order parts threw peace river many studs, clutch kits, gaskets in the past n waiting for new y pipe n upgraded can from peace river arctic

I needed new tires half way through my road trip (Vancouver to Yukon)
Ordered the tires while in Vancouver. They kept me up to date on delivery status, got me in to the shop on schedule, did a thorough safety check before I headed further North and bent over backwards to fix an unexpected safety issue on the spot so i didn't have to delay my continued journey

I purchased a rear tire based off the information that I gave and the information of the sales rep, for my requirements. The tire I will review later, this is about the service. They changed the tire in a timely manner and without any suppose costs. They serviced my bike to my satisfaction and with customers cares and concerns addressed.

Great experience when buying my moto guzzi, everything after that has gone downhill. Ordered parts during purchase of bike- 3 months of multiple (at least 20 calls) during this time to all the departments and mostly no one answered or returned the messages. When I did finally get through they couldn’t even tell if the parts had arrived or not!! … Fast forward a year later and I have broken linkage on my shifter and jammed transmission. 4 phone calls with messages left and not one return call in a week-the customer service and support after purchase is ZERO. No choice but to use this

Went in to look at bikes 12 May 2021 and 2 days later was on the road. Spoke with Deana and Rob and found the bike for me. Will go back to both sales reps in the future. Very attentive to my needs and assisted with everything throughout the process. The bike seat was damaged from shipping and i never had to bring up as they are replacing free. Very friendly, approachable, and walked me through the features of the bike with me before i left with it. Had issues with service on the bike and they both made sure i was taken care of. Would highly recommend both sales persons!

We order parts and they said they would be there in 10 days, (yes we do understand with COVID 19 there would be some delays) but we called there they never answered the phone we did leave multiple messages and no one returned any calls, we went in there to ask about the items we ordered they couldn’t even tell us if they’ve been shipped yet! Bought my very first sled from here in February. Awesome service from everyone and very happy with my purchase! Bought a sled out of the show room, we were from out of town and leaving that day so we couldn’t… come back the next morning to pick up the sled. They managed to get us out same day within a couple hours! Highly recommend, and great prices!
