We do a lot of work on four stroke engines from motorcross bikes, street bikes to ATVS no job is to small. Rebuilds include machining valve seats and valve guides out of C63000 bronze, replacing valves, valve guides and seals. If its power that you're looking for we also offer four stroke head porting and modifications.
Cylinder reboring & resleeving for 2 & 4 stroke motorcycles, snowmobiles, PWC, ATV's and marine blocks. Using the latest in technology for cylinder reboring to ensure accuracy and repeatably. Bring your old cylinder back to new condition with a new cylinder sleeve or by repairing damaged or cracked cylinders.
Re-manufactured crankshafts for all makes and models of ATVS, motorcycles and snowmobiles. Rebuilt using top quality parts from manufactures, including NTN, Koyo, FAG, and Wossner. Crankshafts are rebuilt to manufacture specification, and better. With a large selection of crankshafts and crankshaft parts in stock, we can have you up in running in no time.

Unbelievably poor service, after waiting a few months rebuilt my engine with the wrong years case, had to take it back. Completely forgot / didnt care that they ordered me a throttle cable when I went to pick it up for the first time. When engine was re-re done I had to file down the oil pump shaft to fit leading me to believe they used inferior… parts after using the wrong case initially. Zero apology or refund and zero confidence they used quality parts and Ive no way of knowing. Went there because of their reputation but have never seen such poor work or service and hopefully I was an

Professional, honest and friendly. Went here for our OPI on my husband's motorcycle and it couldn't have been a more pleasant and seamless experience, especially with all the other hoops you must jump through… to bring a bike in from another province. They even stayed late to accommodate us!!! Thanks also to Twisting Steel for recommending Mot's! Overall amazing customer service!

Had my 660 rhino cylinder and crank done!! Great job, helped me out making sure I got the right parts to get it back together. Then brought my kids lt80 cylinder in to get machined. Did a fantastic job and got me the oversized piston/rings for it and all the gaskets I needed to get it back together.
