Gateway Powersports is a privately owned corporation based in Edmonton, Alberta, and is the creation of Howard Budinski (the sole owner/operator). What initially began as a small operation back in 2006 with Pocket Bikes with just a few hundred feet of showroom floor and a minimal inventory has now exploded into a massive storefront in just a few years.
Gateway Power Sports is proud of our extensive service department as well as the speed and quality of our work. You won't be waiting for weeks on end like you might at other repair shops; we have our staff look at your unit as soon as possible. Our highly qualified and experienced mechanics have been with us for over 7 years now and are available 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
At Gateway Power Sports we service what we sell and more. Because we know that your recreational time cannot be put on hold due to a worn out ignition or transmission we stock over $1 000 000 in parts and if we don't have the part you need, it is only a few days away from having it shipped to us from our warehouse in Vancouver.

I work in the customer service industry and have very high expectations when it comes to customer relations. Edi made me feel totally at ease from the moment I walked in the door. I knew pretty much nothing in regards to electric bikes and he was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.
It is becoming increasingly hard to find this level of "bow tie" service in this day and age but this gentleman delivers that with a nice big friendly smile.
I was completely confident in decision to purchase my bike from him and will sing his praises to everyone I know.

Bought a Gio scooter last week. They accommodated my purchase in every way possible. Was in and out with my scooter in 20 minutes. I may have been given a faulty charger, i may have effed it up myself, regardless they replaced it no questions asked. Only complaint its very crowded inside. Hard to really get a good look at anything

We just purchased two e bikes, the Surface 640. One is on order and have been the riding the other one this past two weeks. Great bikes, lots of fun to ride.
Ask for Edi; he manages the e bike sales and service. He is very knowledgeable about the product and provides excellent follow-up and customer service. Looking forward to receiving the second bike soon.

Do Not Buy from Gateway Power Sports there service is terrible they do not stand behind there customers My Wife bought me a bike from there $3295 which is a lot of money. The bike was to come with two chargers I only received one after complaining I received a second rode the bike six or seven times had to tighten up bolts all over the frame one of the shocks broke and they told me after two months it would be another two months before I could get my bike back. Also a littleplastic bracket that holds the controller was broken when I received it and they will not stand behind me and fix it and it

It's hard to put in Words, what Gateway Powersports did for Me!
As a Father, living over 1500 miles away from his Son...The people at Gateway Powersports(Cam&Edi) made sure my son had his ATV, on His Birthday...without having the wire transfer completed!? Things like that just don't happen here in the states! If they can provide that type of customer service to someone in California, just imagine what they can do for the people in #YEG?! They are truly a one stop shop, for all things FUN!!! My son had a helmet, goggles, and gloves waiting with his Electric Armada ATV!

The guys at gateway have been going above and beyond.
After dealing with the theft of my ebike, we've had to do an exchange on a new scooter that just wouldn't fit in my apartment; no questions, no shame - they've done nothing but try to find me a vehicle I can use to get around with since the start, and offer delivery and pickup services that has been an absolute life saver for me.
Won't be going anywhere else for ebikes or repairs going forwards. Nothing but good experiences, and they made a bad situation so much more easy to manage.

I have a few cheaper quads & dirt bikes my kids/myself enjoy trashing. This store has been the best for parts in town hands down. A++ service. Even if they don't have my part on the shelf they work hard to make it happen, they will even suggest other stores just to help a guy out. I don't think I've walked out of this store without a deal. Thanks for being here for your customers.
