Great reliable and prompt service!! Called at 4 am the morning after the major snow storm and a driver was sent in 10 mins ! When Uber couldn’t even find a car for 14 mins. Great job blue line taxi !

I have been trying since Monday to get in touch with the driver, to return the boots I left in the cab Sunday late evening. I called not even 12 hours later and was told nothing was brought in and was hung up on, not even looking up who the driver was to ask. I was told today they are too busy to look up the driver and to call back at 7 pm? I have made a request on the website as well. How is there zero recourse? The driver must have them, especially after following COVID protocols sanitizing. I'm hoping this is miscommunication versus theft. Looking forward to someone clearing this up for me!

I work at a vet clinic in the area and called for service for a client. I ended calling twice as it took well over an hour for the cab to arrive. I stated there was a dog, when the driver arrived he argued that it was supposed to be a cat. I helped the family get injured dog back out of vehicle and returned to our office to call an Uber that arrived within 10 minutes and happily took the family with their dog.

I wish I could give 0 stars, the service of this company is horrendous. Do not book a cab with this company. Take a bus, walk, or crawl to your destination instead.
The dispatchers will tell you your ride is coming in ten minutes and then the cab will show up an hour later. When you call and ask where your ride is every 10 minutes, they will say it’s not their fault and they can’t control the time the cab driver shows up. If it’s going to take an hour to get a cab, just be honest and tell your customer that from the get go instead of stringing it along and lying.

I booked a wheel chair accessible cab on Thursday to pick up my 88 year old mother from a nursing home to take her to her grandson's wedding.
I booked it 15 minutes earlier than necessary as they told me it could be 10-15 minutes late. Pick up time was 2:00 pm. The cab did not get there till 3:00!!!!! At this time the lady at dispatch was trying her best to ensure that my mom did not miss her grandson's wedding.
Then they were supposed to come to the venue to pick her up at 4:30. When I called at 4:20 dispatch said that the cab was on it's way. Cab arrived at 5:05!!!! The man who answered at

Absolutely the worst experience. Not only was my time wasted but the operators became *I rate. Overly aggressive and completely rude. I was the one who had to deal with their garbage for an hour and in a calm manner. How is it no one can come to any sense and discuss why their drivers were not able to find my location. I’m a person, can we not simply figure things out by working together. The operators made no attempt to actually help instead only became angrier. Not only yelling at me but also hanging up multiple times when I attempt to call back to figure out what the hell is going on. For

Usually not my first choice for taxiing. But I was pleased with the service. Driver was courteous. Did not however appreciate being told my taxi was 10 min wait when actually waited over 30. For these particular instances I prefer to use another company more reliable and dispatch truthful.

Absolute nightmare dealing with the dispatch after 4 different calls and drivers canceling on me, the dispatcher told me no one wants wants pick me up and she can't find a driver. I waited over an hour before calling another company which arrived within 10 minutes. Fantastic owner Anthony, it's too bad he wasn't dispatching. I called back to give them another shot and my second try they told me 10 to 15 minutes. After 35 minutes I gave up.
I tried to give them another shot but total fail again. Hire more reliable drivers and dispatcher that actually care about customers and don't hang up on you

I called a wheelchair cab for my mom yesterday at 7:45pm, because she is in a wheelchair we got her ready and waited outside so it would be convenient for the driver...after over 45 minutes no one showed up so I called to see what was going on ( we understand that there aren't many wheelchair cabs so sometimes we have to wait a while) and the lady said she would look into it and send a cab out right away...after another 30 minutes I called back again and a different lady said I don't know what happened and that she would look into it and send a cab out right away...another 20 minutes went by and

Called about an unsafe driver on the highway. Never received a call back. Reported video to police. Swerving in far left lane going under 90km in a 110km. Several other cars had to avoid this driver as he would not move over.
