Literally the worst company ever. Do NOT book on the app and probably best to use Uber. Customer service is horrible and they don’t provide a 20% discount like shown on the app and website. The total shown on the app was not accurate as I was charged $15 more after I got out of the cab. I pre booked my ride home on NYE and then 10 mins before my ride was supposed to pick us up, they called and said sorry we don’t pick up there and left us stranded. They took no responsibility and told me they would do nothing for me and hung up. I have 0 good things to say about them

My husband and I took a Hamilton cab to and from the hospital this morning. The first cab took a route that was under construction and even though traffic was at a complete standstill, he stayed on that route all the way there. A trip that should have taken 15 - 20 minutes ended up taking over 45. Also, the plastic partition between the front and back of the cab was torn in places, didn't reach the ceiling and had a huge hole right in the middle. How is this supposed to keep us safe?
The cab home was much better; there were no problems and the driver was friendly and professional. However, I wasn

I needed a quick ride to the GO station, where I was familiar with the route. The driver didn't have his GPS active, so I assumed he knew how to get there as well. No, he didn't. He drove past the only street leading to the GO.
Long past the street, he asked me where he should turn. I told him we passed it a while back, so he pulled into a residential area, turned on the GPS and followed it. Every now and then, he'd push an offer to take me straight to [city] for just $$ more, but no thanks. Not after the incompetence.
I budgeted 20 mins extra to wait at the GO station before my train arrived

When I booked my cab on the app, I put the exact address of where to be picked up.. and he drove right past me turned into the wrong plaza. Then he clicked arrived so when I tried calling him it wouldn’t connect me. Then when he finally arrived the meter was already started before I even got near the car. The car was already at $6 when I got in it. And then on top of that he didn’t even drop me off at my house like I put down he dropped me off down the street.. and to add on to this.. he kept on slamming on the brakes for no reason which made me end up getting sick.

I booked a Cab tonight from the app, and Plate # 366 and Plate # 362, both accepted, and then declined. #366 accepted first and then declined. I didn't know until I checked, to see where the driver was. Made a couple calls and had a car coming instead of a van. #362 was on it's way. Waited, and looked on the map and that vehicles nowhere to be found. As per dispatcher Stephanie, Plate # 362 informed that they arrived @ our location, and said we had too much stuff. That driver did not show up. We did not see any driver infront of our building, as we saw a driver drive past our building on our street

Very poor service. Called a cab and was told it would be 5 to 10 minutes wait, which was okay. Waited for 45 mins and called again. They said at that point that a cab had not yet been dispatched to the Hamilton airport, which is unacceptable! That kind of service will put you out of business. I ended up getting a different cab company that was there in a few minutes.

Here was my first experience with hamilton cab:
I needed a ride home from a friend's place around 5am. I prepared to order an Uber like I usually do. The price was a lot higher than normal. About 2.5x more. My friend recommended I call Hamilton cab. I especially liked that idea because I have never actually rode in a cab before and was curious to see how it compared with Uber.
I called the number and was greeted by a robot who asked for me to say my address and name. After doing so, the robot said that they confirmed my ride (paraphrasing) and hung up. About 3-5 minutes later, I received a text

Firstly, I can't understand why the meter can go up a whole dollar while we are sitting at a red light! I always thought that when you entered a cab that it was a fixed fee and then while moving, the cab fare would increase! Secondly, how is it that a driver who has earned the license to drive cab for a reputable company in Hamilton does not know the main street names and instead relies on a GPS! The GPS was taking us through a parking lot to the street! When I spoke up about it, all he could say was that was where the GPS told him to go! I don't find that very professional at all!

I ordered a cab by calling. I was talking to a computer and when I was done I got a text confirming my pick up. It showed me the name the car type etc, but no driver on the GPS they provide. I didn't know wether I would be picked up or not. All of a sudden after 10 mins it changed the driver and said he was 10 mins away. The driver was a nice guy tho. It was an okay experience.

I used to use this companies cabs all the time. Not anymore after today. I called a cab for my husband to get to the doctors after pulling out his back. The driver refused to put his walker in the trunk even though it easily fit. Also last week I called for a wheel chiar cab at the Ron Joyce center to get my disabled son home. After about 25 minutes they sent a normal car, no good for us. I called back and they said it was their computers fault and they would send another one soon. I waited another 30 minutes and another CAR showed up. At this point we were waiting for a hour so I told

I used the app to book a car for an airport drop off at 4:30 am. At about 4:32 I thought I would call and check that it was on its way, as I had not received a text telling me so. The dispatcher said that even though they had my order (from 24 hours earlier), there were no cars and they had to find a car for us. A cab FINALLY arrived at 4:50. Thank GOD I called. When I asked the dispatcher if a car would have come if I hadn't called, she was incapable of responding honestly. Next time Uber. This service SUCKS.

So earlier today November 12th 2018...I'd say around 3:30pm we called Hamilton Cab for a pickup. As soon as we hang up we realize we forgot to mention we had a dog. We immediately call right back give them our name and pickup location and tell them we have a medium sized puppy.... dispatch says okay we'll cancel and reissue a driver, okay great. We wait about 10 to 15 minutes and we get a message saying your cab is on it's way. After another 20 minutes still nothing so we call back to a)ask where they are and b) cancel to call another company. And dispatch tells us the call was
