My experience with Maple Insurance has been great!! They make a point to treat you like a human being, they actually answer the phone, or return your call the same day! As opposed to bigger insurance companies where they are mostly automated and it takes days to get a call back. They go over and above to help you. When I was in a minor accident, I was pretty shaken up, and stressing. Huri called me back right away and helped me through the daunting claims process, which put my mind at ease at a time when I needed it most! He cared to help me and that is rare these days!!! I was impressed by the speed and the rate that these guys got for me. Had a whole bunch of coverage that was up for renewal and the rates weren't going anywhere but up and was glad I got referred to these guys by a buddy.
Abdul not only got back to me right away but he found me the best rates within hours for better coverage and saved me a few $$$. Also gave me a few tips that goes beyond what you usually hear from brokers on how to lower rates in future.

Broker was completely and utterly rude to my wife and refused to help her at all. We complained about very high insurance rates and broker said that no one else was willing to insure us, but talking with another broker we were able to easily secure an insurance rate of almost $200 less a month. Did not help us lower our high rate and disregarded our requests to change our insurance policy to lower the rate. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Maple Insurance was my broker for nine years, since moving to Canada. I dealt with Abdul, Huri and Erika at times and all were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. In all my time with Maple, there was one error which was immediately fixed when I realized, and I only switched insurance companies when my employer partnered with another company to give employees a significant saving. After a nightmare dealing with TD for an insurance claim on my home I decided this bank got enough of my money for the many years I have used them and wanted to go old school and find home and auto insurance through a traditional channel.
