The staff at Bravo are amazing. Michael & Sandra the owners take the time to explain the best hearing aids for you without being condescending. You cannot be in business as long as Bravo has been without. giving outstanding service.

I had used this store for several years and Michael was a fantastic technician, very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, he has stopped working there and doesn't appear to be coming back. His counterpart, Hanna, while helpful, is not as skilled as Michael and it shows. This creates frustration in trying to solve issues with my hearing aids.
Unfortunately I have to seek out a different place to handle my hearing aids until Michael decides he wants to return.

This is the best hearing center. You feel like you are with family. They are professional knowledgable and kind. I got excellent hearing aids and a through hearing test. I am completely happy with my hearing aids , they use bluetooth tech so you can hear your phone and tv directly from your hearing aids. I highly recommend this BravoHearing

I had hearing aids once before, but I hated them, and disliked the clinic I was dealing with. So I did a fair amount of research on hearing aid providers, and I decided to take a chance with Bravo Hearing Centre based on positive reviews. I was so glad I did. Michael took a great deal of time to truly understand my needs and to go over my options. I was never rushed or pressured - in fact, it took me 4 months to decide! Hannah also spent a lot of time with me to make sure my new hearing aids were fitted properly and that I knew how to use the accessories. I had several follow-up visits - she wanted
