Surprisingly very reasonable prices. Into my second set from this place and have visited them several times. Very polite, professional and pleasant. Not a single reason to complain in almost 8 years with them. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Keep up the good work Lou, you are just amazing.

I am grateful for this team's excellent service and attention to serving elders well, to meet their complex needs. My mother is in a long term care home, so extra effort was need to explain the hearing aid system to nursing and PSW staff. There was extra time put into explaining how to care for the hearing aids and systems that would be needed for them to be used on a daily basis, as well as facilitating ease of contact if additional service /support is needed. My father got a pair of hearing aids from here and would tell me after each appointment how kind they treated him there. Dr. Traitsis was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was clear with his explanations about the product and was very patient and understanding with any of my fathers questions or requests. We highly recommend!

I previously left a bad review of this business after attempting to contact them months ago about concerns I had regarding the hearing aids my grandparents purchased from them. The emotionally charged review was left after multiple failed attempts to speak with someone in the office.

Found this location on Google, called and booked an appointment for a free hearing aid assessment. Was greeted in a very nice manner and spoke all about hearing aids and got the assessment done. Lou the owner is fantastic and he provided excellent advice in regards to which model to choose and also went over the entire assessment with my Father. He spent a lot of time with my almost 70 Father and as his hearing is not 100%, he took his time to explain everything to him in a precise and clear way. Very professional and more affordable, the best price we found out of 4 quotations. The easy to understand invoicing is much clearer and detailed than a few other hearing aid facilities my gf visited prior. I have tried this product briefly myself and I am overwhelmed by the features and quality of the Zerena 9 with Bluetooth. If you are in the confusing, hidden fees, complex market for a hearing aid device then save some time and look no further. I highly recommend.
