Ordered a cab(cab 250, Drivers name was Dragan) last night from Leduc to west Edmonton. He showed up and his cab was filthy and has a odour inside. When we get in he tells me his has to find a gas station because he’s out of fuel, so the ride is going to be a little longer than normal. That’s fine, what’s a few more minutes. Are Drivers supposed to… wear masks? cause he didn’t the entire trip. So we get to are designation and I had paid through their app with Apple Pay. I got the email bill in the morning and see he added an extra charge on the bill for extra time

We had family arrive from out of Alberta who got an Airport Taxi from the airport to Calmar. The driver took them on a very long ride out of Calmar. He did not seem to be able to access or use GPS. He tried to drop them off at a farmhouse out of town. One family member was able to use his phone to get directions to our home using a map app. The driver charged a fare of $70 for this ride that was almost 50 minutes long and should have only been a 20 minute ride. Don’t use Airport Taxi!

Unit 733 that was just on the road today... I filed a complaint against you for your supervisor to know about your obstruction of traffic and your offensively dangerous driving. Your behavior on the Henday was 100% unacceptable. It's not meant to be a place for social hour where you slow down to talk to your friend in another vehicle, dragging all traffic down to 80 and slower, then hit your brakes on purpose when the folks behind you have a right to honk because you're too busy waving at your friend in the lane next to you and not driving safely. My fiancee took a cab from one end of the Edmonton airport to another and the total trip was $8. Not only did the driver drive erratically, when my fiancee went to pay his fair, his card, which had funds, declined for some reason. The driver immediately started to talk down to my fiancee saying it was people like my fiancee that cost him money. My fiancee contacted his card people and the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. The driver charged my fiancee an additional $30 for having to wait less than 10 minutes...even if the driver had kept the meter running it wouldn't have been that much of

My mother, husband, and I had the most upsetting and unpleasant ride yesterday on our way home from the airport. Our driver, Ali (#405), was rude, argued with us about which way to go, and when he drove out of the lane three times and looked as though he was falling asleep, causing great distress for my elderly mother, I kindly said, "sir, it looks… like you are driving out or the lane." So tonight had a guest realize his Cell fell out of his pocket in the taxi- so I called dispatch and they put a message out to their drivers. Guest went grabbed his I-Pad to do "find my phone" well I called the cell- Driver answered it- said only way he was bringing it is if Guest worked out a deal (start of my blood to boil)- guest told him sure… you bring it and I will give you $50, Driver told guest was going to be 30mins as he had a passenger- we watch the tracking- taxi does not move- So I call dispatch back, let them know, they proceed to tell me "well hopefully he gets a trip close

I was disappointed that the taxi we caught from the airport was dirty inside and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There was a No Smoking sticker but you could tell the driver probably smoked in or around the car. A deodorizer tree was near the driver but maybe it was old because it didn't help at all.
