Baseline taxi is by far the best experience I have had with a cab company. They have quick service and are extremely friendly and easy to work with. It feels like being driven by a friend rather than a cab driver. They never give me grief about where I'm going or how I'm paying and they are very reliable. They also have the best door to door rate for going to the airport!

I have been taking these guys for almost 2 years and they are great. They are a small company that treats you like family. I downfall is that there is always a bad seed in the group. Car 204 is the worst! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HIM! He over charges you even after he gets caught not once, not twice but many times. When calling in for your cab.. Let them know that you don't want 204 to come. He will charge you $15 for a $10 dollar ride. And he will take 2 dollars extra just because you want to use the debit machine. I highly recommend this company but i hope you don't run into car 204. HE IS SO SHADY

Normally they are great this time around it was not so great. Not only did the driver not listen when I asked him to stop and let me off where I asked him to. He continued to drive and rack the meter up so he made sure to get every cent out of that he could. Then when I went to go pay with my debit card I was charged and additional fee on top of that. They should be tellin the customers that it's an extra charge for the debit machine. So what should have been a $12 taxi fare turned into a $16.05 taxi fare. Will not use them ever again I will gladly give the service to Uber for a way better rate

Always a great experience, nothing but positive things to say about this company. Very reasonable with the price, and always a friendly vibe in the car. Hadn't taken a cab for years and when i took baseline taxi again the driver remembered my family and I over all that time. Any other cab would be silent and awkward, it's always a great conversation and nothing but respect with baseline taxi. I wouldn't recommened any other company in the area besides them, and i hope other people can have the same experience with baseline taxi that I have. Thank you baseline taxi for all the help over the years

We had a taxi come and pick up one of our patients at FYIDOCTORS today (Monday April3rd.) The cab driver walks in, says "someone called for a mobility bus" We figure out which senior patient it was, and we asked for 5 more minutes as he was not finished with his purchase in the clinic(and did not finish because of this driver). The cab driver refused, said he would be leaving the man here and doesnt know when he will be back. Our patient rushed to get his coat, the cab driver then, came back into the office not even a minute later and asked where he was. Im not sure why he was calling himself

This company deserves way more than 5 stars! I have been using Baseline Taxi for the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. Not only are they always early or on time, but they are the nicest drivers I have ever encountered. They make getting up at 6am for work that much better since they are always in the best mood. Would highly recommend using Baseline Taxi if you don't already do so.

I have only dealt with them once, but the guy who drove my friend to the airport was awesome. He even called me back in Saskatchewan to let me know my friend made it safely to his destination. The driver went Above and beyond for sure. I really appreciated that call, and it was totally unexpected. Thanks for the excellent service.
