DO NOT uses this company!!. I called and booked a cab the night before for pickup the next morning at a repair shop. They never showed up at the time they were supposed to so I called them and they said the driver should be there any minute. Waited over 5 minutes more and still no show. So I called back. The phone rang and rang...no one answered. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I could have walked to work faster.
The repair shop called a taxi for me and they showed up within less than 5 minutes. The taxi driver that took me to work said this company only has one vehicle and they are based out of Edmonton

For a company with a slogan that contains the word " Reliable" this company is the furthest from. A cab was called and not only did I wait 2 hours but I had to call the company twice. On the first phone call the person who answered was so arrogant. The second time there was no answer. That's absolutely unprofessional. The driver contacted me to ask my location. If your profession is being a driver you would assume knowing the area you are driving in is an absolute must. If for some reason reading is to hard you would assume the driver would have an accurate GPS. This was an inconvenience
