Oakwood Management Ltd. was founded by Wayne Land, in 1982 and has focused on the Management of Residential property in Alberta. We manage single family homes, along with individual townhouse and apartment type condos and small commercial and multifamily complexes within the Capital Region. Our clients are held in high regard and we always seek to operate the respective property in what we would perceive is their best interest.
Oakwood is a full service property team serving the greater Edmonton area, and is family owned and operated. We have a team of experienced and devoted professionals including licensed professionals working under the guidelines set out by the Real Estate Council of Alberta. The majority of our new business is through referrals from past and present satisfied clients.

Critical: Responsiveness
Went a saw a place, she was not very helpful, showed up 30 minutes late. When we left we did the application and was promised a return call or email. It’s been almost two weeks now and I have heard nothing. If you don’t look like everyone else, good luck getting a rental property. AVOID

We went to view a rental property, Marion was 30 minutes late which is extremely unprofessional. We viewed the place, sent in an application but never received confirmation that they had gotten it. I followed up two days later and was told that they had received it and I’d get an email regarding Marion’s decision. It’s been two weeks and zero response but the ad for the rental property is still up! Guess they would rather leave it empty than rent it to a younger couple.

Rude and unprofessional. Didn't even get to the stage of viewing an apartment. Made me feel like an inconvenience from the very beginning. After looking at the reviews along with my own experience, I feel as though I dodged a bullet. Thanks for showing your true colours before I made the mistake of renting through your company.

The team at Oakwood Management are highly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. All the stress and responsibility associated with renting out my property was taken off my plate and I never had to worry about anything to do with being a landlord.
