We have been renting at their property at Riverbend estates for a year now. It's a really nice neighborhood. However, recently there are lot of problems with the services. The building elevator is down for over a week. My pregnant wife can't go for doctor's visit or to work as she can't take stairs. Also, they have allowed some weird tenants lately. There was a fight or something and then one of the person activated the fire alarms. This started happening after the change of the property manager. The lady that used to manage earlier was great.

This is my first experience renting through MidWest, I cannot be any happier 🙂 the property is nicely clean upon moving in, I received the keys faster than any other agency I have lived in prior Midwest. Great professional Staff, I definitely recommend renting through MidWest, there is always a “bonus or promotional Incentives” with the property management.

We live in cricket court and the town house looks amazing, but there are issues with it that should’ve been fixed before we moved in. 1.The air vent in the upper floor washroom was blowing dust, 2.there were no hot water for 3 days, 3. they didn’t repaint the ceiling and wall in the basement where there is a water stain from a leakage, 4. The hose wasn’t connected for the washing machine, so when we used it the basement was flooded because the hose wasn’t connected.

Unit like this will charge you 15hours for cleaning, they will get your full deposit. NEVER MOVE IN to this property:) . So what we rent is a less than 600 sq ft unit. The full cleaning will charge you $50 per hour and 15hours and they said they give you an discount Lolllllllllll. Can any one tell me is there any cleaning company will quote you for $50 per hour cleaning? The full unit cleaning charge me a $350 plus a steam cleaning for $85 Lolllllllllllllll.

I'm a fairly new tenant at Edmonton House, but was a previous tenant at another Midwest Property, Riverbend Estates. My experience with Midwest in general has been amazing, the staff are always friendly, maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion, and they take pride in maintaining their properties. I really have no shortage of good things to say about Midwest, in fact, that's why when my lease was up at my previous rental, I only checked out other Midwest properties. Edmonton House in particular is probably my favorite place that I've rented, the view overlooking downtown is spectacular

My family and I have been with Midwest Property Management for almost 2 years now. At our location, our Site Manager and staff has gone over and above to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. Any time we have any maintenance issues or concerns, he has gotten back to us and had someone in to fix whatever needed fixing asap. From day one the grounds have been kept clean and tidy and all staff has been friendly and gone out of their way to make us feel like we were cared for and remembered (our names, conversations we have had, etc). My wife and I have lived at Midwest Properties ( Hartford County) for over 7 years. We can not say enough positive things about Gloria and her staff. They treat everyone fairly and they go above and beyond to make your stay here feels like it is your own home.

Lived in a Midwest managed property for a year. The property itself was fantastic. Great amenities. But office staff was untrustworthy to say the least. Packages - including a $880 cell phone - were signed for by front office staff. Then mysteriously disappeared! Zero help mitigating losses. They actually chose to be rude and dismissive instead. Even though staff signature of receipt was provided. And confirmed. Instead, they avoided us, did not return calls, then refused to renew lease. No late payments or noise complaints on file. Gave us 26 days notice to vacate instead. Shady staff who obviously
