Our guides are simply the best, Zoom Leisure loves their guides! We have a wonderfully diverse group of people who return to us every year to guide our tours. We try to match our groups with the guides we feel suit them the best. We are always looking for new and exciting people to help us give our customers a fun experience in Niagara.
Bike rentals are a weather dependent activity. If you need to cancel for any reason please give us a courtesy call up to 2 hours prior to time of your rental. We will not charge anything to your card and we would hope to see you on your next trip to the area. This policy does not apply for larger rental groups (over 10) or tours - please see tour cancellation policy here.
The Self Guided Tour 2021 is available for booking! Our Guided Wine Tours are currently suspended for the 2021 season. Had a lot of fun on a self guided bike tour with 3 other friends! Was about $45 for the bike after tax, and we were able to customize our own wine tour. Ended up going to 4 different wineries, and costed about the same if not less than if we were to pay for a customized tour through elsewhere. Loved that the bikes had storage for carrying wine bottles along the way. Little basket at the front for our bags as well. They were also really flexible with drop off time. They closed around 5, and we weren’t able to get back until 6. We just were able to lock up the bikes in the back and drop off the

This morning we called zoom to ask a bunch of questions pertaining to our upcoming booking. We spoke to the manager Ben and he took the time to answer each and every one of our questions and ensure we were happy with the upcoming visit. We highly recommend zoom bikes as we have used them before (pre-pandemic) and have been very pleased with their service.

We had a wonderful experience with zoom bikes.
We were looking for bike rentals and just then we found one at the smugglers cove on the niagara parkway.
There was a free parking lot there. We parked there and rode along the niagara river recreational trail all the way to its end ( kings point condo at the niagara sailing club)
We then rode to the main location.
There was a clean washroom to use! We returned bikes there!
It took us approx 1.5 hours on the trail and exploring NOTL.
This part of the trail was very serene and scenic and fairly easy infact there were steeper downhill slopes along

My girlfriend and I were riding around Niagara on the lake when we had an issue(rear derailleur bracket got bent and forced the cage into the wheel). Figuring it would probably be the end of the weekend we phoned a few places that turned down the repair instantly. Greg told us to bring the bike down and see if a repair was possible. We showed up and Greg took a look at the bike immediately, while there he went out of his way to accommodate all his other walk in customers. Greg managed to straighten the bracket and true the wheel and get us back on the road so we could finish our ride.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience using Zoom bikes rental. The bikes we had were solid and had no issues with gears. They include the lock, a front bag, and helmet with your price. The location is clean, organized and the customer service is prompt and quick to get you on the road. During COVID times, they take sanitizing seriously, which is great. Once you deliver the bike back to the location they have a separate location to clean it. Bathroom on site as well. The path towards the falls/Niagara Parkway is quick and easily accessible.
