No one beats Bikefit for advice and detailed knowledge on a wide range of quality cycling products, illustration on their use, set up instructions, personal service. Recently purchased a Saris H3 trainer and John had it already installed with the necessary cassette and then took time to walk me through how to set it up at home using a variety of apps. I decided that I needed a Wahoo Kickr indoor trainer. I checked pricing and availability and found that Bikefit was the only local bike shop that had the latest version in stock (at that time) and their price was comparable to other available options. I drove right over to pick it up. The salesperson was very courteous even carried the heavy box out to the car for me.

After shopping around a bit, it seemed Bikefit has competitively priced bikes. I was a bit disappointed however when the bike I ordered (Trek) was delayed (understandable given the the Covid crisis). Bikefit suggested an alternate (Marin) which would be suitable. The bike (which was for my wife) was actually superior in my opinion, for roughly the same cost. My wife loves it. The bike was delivered in perfect condition, and the salesman was very good at running down all the features of the bike. Very pleased.
