Full Service shop outfitted with top of the line tools to get your Bike in top shape. From quick flat repairs, simple fixes, shifting and brake adjustments to Tune Ups and Frame Up builds. Stop in or call / email for details. Currently we are only accepting repairs on customer bikes, to focus on and support the bikes that customers purchased at Pedal.

Don’t think twice, you cannot go wrong!
I had a great experience.
The things I loved,
- stocks are updated on their website every day. During this time when getting a bike is really challenging, I had to call almost 30 different stores to know if there was any bike available!
But here, I had to call once - to book the bike!
- Fair prices, I booked a bike and the very next day the prices of the bike were increased by $80 by Trek. When I picked the bike, I was not charged extra!
I paid the price as was applicable

Came into this shop this morning after other bike stores told us it would be impossible to find a mountain bike for our son this year.
Not only did we walk out with an even better bike than he was looking for, the young man that owns the shop took the time to show Cruze the bike, all the accessories and components, and even gave him some tips on where to ride.
Thank you again for such a great experience. Will recommend to everyone and will be a returning customer!

AJ was amazing and very helpful. I just bought an electric bike and he managed to have one shipped in for me and another for my friend within a week and have them ready for us to enjoy on the weekend. I won’t hesitate to recommend Pedal and AJ....great place!
UPDATE: had to return to the shop for a minor repair and AJ and his dad were incredibly attentive and resolved everything quickly. Would definitely recommend this shop to any bike enthusiast!

5 Stars to Pedal Bicycle Shop and A.J. Due to the parts shortage was referred to Pedal as they had some items I needed, order was placed and then I changed and changed it again over the holidays. A.J., was prompt in returning my emails and answering my questions and the items were shipped expedited arriving in 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a warranty issue with one of the items, AJ went out of his way to make it right and at a 2.5hr drive I'm tempted to have Pedal Bicycle Shop by my new local bike store! Fair pricing, stellar service and good conversation to boot! not sure what else one would

Saturday pm. 12:45. I just saw that my rear wheel was busted. Like a half sq inch around one spoke and a hairline crack that was growing. Away from home with daily bike rides, I could not imagine staying around without my ride. I called the shop and AJ replaced my wheel (and tire) while I waited in 20 minutes. Super emergency job. Wow ! I can keep going now.

Best Bike Shop in the Niagara Region. I’ve been shopping at Pedal... Bicycle Shop for several years now. From my very first hybrid bike to now Trek Domane the owner is always providing creative suggestions and unlike other bike shops that are all about “sales”pedal bicycle shop is always a solid time followed by an even better ride home. This little hidden gem is where I find all my winter riding gear to keep me warm over the season and the best get up for summer weather too. Large selection of bikes that are very reliable and staying true to their brand.
