Services
Whether your aim is to relax, sip & tour Beamsville's bench wineries less than 5 min from our door, or discover a new KOM along the rolling hills of Pelham; we have the perfect bike rental options to suit your escape! Rental bookings of more than 2 bikes require 48 hours notice in advance to allow us time to prepare the bikes/gear as well as a 50% deposit of the rental fee to secure the bikes/gear & date.
TORONTO HUSTLE presents the inaugural GRAVEL RUN for Lyme in partnership with MAGNOTTA WINERY. It's not your normal gravel ride. Starting and finishing at Magnotta Winery, this intimate event will feature a gravel-scavenger adventure, award-winning wine and seasonal festivities. It's not a race and while riding with friends you'll explore beautiful gravel roads as we wind our way through the Niagara Escarpment.
Believe it or not, most stolen bicycles get that way because they weren't locked. So, your first defense against theft is purchasing a quality lock and using it whenever you leave your ride unattended (even when it's inside your garage). Thieves usually ignore protected two wheelers because so many freebies are readily available.

They're a bunch of good lads. They sell premium Canadian brands and they stand behind what they sell. It's been tough getting anything in the last couple of years but they've always been calm and effective communicators to me when I was begging for updates on when my bike would show up. I happily recommend them to people in and around beamsville.

County Cycle is the best! They helped me pick out my new bike, based on my wishes and style of riding - went for the Devinci Hatchet - and they were very supportive during the long COVID-induced wait time to get it: updating me whenever they got news from the suppliers, being fully transparent about the hold up.
Now that I have my bike, they are providing the best service I could ask for. Whenever I have a problem (flat tire, squeaky brakes, etc), they are quick to help out. And when I have a question about my bike, maintenance of it or mechanical questions, they are just an email away.

Just experienced class discrimination at this store. Called to make an appointment for 2 tuneups on our Treks, they told me to drop bikes off. Guy takes one look at the bikes and says "oh we don't work on bikes older than 2010."
HUH?
I should have read the reviews, and the shop's ignorant responses to understand their idea of 'customer service'

You know what makes a small town a wonderful place to live, to visit, to grow up in? It's the small local businesses there, the people who run those businesses, and the heart and soul that goes into every customer interaction, every product, every experience. It's the smile that greets you when you walk through the door, and the thought of knowing you are seeing an old friend.
Though county cycle is a relatively newer business in our small town of beamsville opening in 2012, they have nestled right into the culture embracing the people, the fabulous biking here, and a good cup of espresso

Best bike shop in the Niagara region. This is your one stop shop for everything cycling related. There really is no other full service shop like this one, especially with the personalized service you get. The owner is truly passionate about all things bike related. Be weary of other negative reviews, competitors and "trolls" can be vindictive. Go see for yourself what a pleasure it is to experience this store. You won't be disappointed.

Pleasant rental experience and had a great 1/2 day ride through the wine region. Would have rated 5 stars if it wasn't for very unpleasant and antagonising behaviour of, what seemed to be, the Manager or Owner who berated our family of four for parking in the 'County Cycle' assigned parking stalls - and then accused us of leaving our car there after renting, when in fact we had just returned the bikes! Very rude and self righteous. Ruined an otherwise great rental experience. Very unfortunate he thinks it's OK to treat paying customers/tourists that way. $200 for the afternoon

Salesman removed my bike from store when trying to comparison shop for a new one. He then tried to sell me a bike that didn't have any of the features I asked for. When asked about his bikes qualities was only able to reply, "it's just like the one you have". It wasn't, not by a Beamsville country mile! He knew lots about coffee, nothing about bikes
