Great professional service by Roadrunners via AMA.
Had a breakdown in a rural area and needed towing to an even more rural destination.
The individual, Kyle, was professional in how he handled our vehicle, our concerns and the towing itself. Was very personable with a positive attitude despite the time of night (it was late)
Nice to have this level of professionalism and sense of decency in an industry that can get an ugly reputation because of other people's experiences with other towing company.
Hope I never need towing again, but if I do, I sure hope this will be the company :)

Great service, Darcy came right out on an insanely busy day (-40 with windchill), got my car started from a completely dead battery (it took a few attempts), and was super cheerful through the whole experience. Would definitely recommend you guys to friends after the experience.

A bunch of liars. When I called the police, these guys were called by them. The tow truck driver was ready to take my car without telling me where he was gonna take it and how much I would be charged. Me and my Dad told him how we only had one way insurance and that the insurance company wouldn't cover for the damages. We asked him how much it would cost to take it to a garage we know but the guy insisted and assured us that their place was the best choice to take it and that the garages might not want it and that we might have to pay for towing again if that happens. Right place right time. My girl friend and I were stuck with a dead flat tire on the drivers front and the passenger rear was on its way to be that way. We were a block from my place, and unable to drive another inch without totally ruining the tire. But lucky us Josh Penner was in sight. Assisting another poor soul on the coldest night ever. With only the donut spare to save us. But no tools to install it. He was our saving grace. He mounted on the spare. And on our way we went. Thank you for the amazing customer service. I had a great experience with Kyle from Roadrunner Towing! He arrived much earlier than the 1.5 hour estimated wait time. He brought me a hot chocolate, which was a very pleasant surprise- because he thought I'd need it after waiting in my cold vehicle.
He was quick, efficient and knowledgable!
He was very empathetic and made me feel at ease in an otherwise tough situation.
