Very bad service and unprofessional company! Will never come back! We had signed our doc in front of their office entrance.( They put the small table there) Everyone can walk by and hear your conversation. They just asked the RUDE staff to gave us the doc to sign. They made many errors and lacked basic manners. The notary not even sign in front of us. This is the first time we experience the notary is not signing with their clients. What are poor service we never had.

The receptionist and the main worker we interacted with (Arielle) both made many errors and lacked basic manners. Arielle, on top of making mistakes, was insolent, cold, and condescending.
Errors include getting my email incorrect, my co-owner's email and name incorrect, our down payment amount incorrect, our mortgage amount incorrect, not sending us a breakdown of the costs, and requesting the wrong amount for the bank draft.
All of this happened less than 24 hours before our appointment and required a lot of legwork on my end to ensure errors were fixed, leaving a tight window to get a bank

I had the pleasure of working with Arielle (one of their staff notaries) for my purchase. Not only was she super efficient and competent but was really helpful in answering all the questions I had in concise and easy to understand responses for a first time home buyer like myself. This is my 9th transactions ( yes, we moved quite a few times....) with Pauline. We never have to worry about anything. Her staff is patience, responsive, knowledgeable and responsible. All communication is precise and yet reader friendly. They are not order takers. They review the file and make recommendations if they see a need. They have very good time management that we have plenty of time to review the statement of adjustment, ask questions and prepare the bank draft for the signing meeting. The signing meeting is well prepared and time is wisely used at the meeting.
