Predrag has been an enormous help in processing two of our home purchase and sales - he's knowledgeable, organized and trustworthy. He was always quick to respond and able to process documents and make appointments with us under tight deadlines. There were legal details that he brought to our attention (and patiently explained) that would have had negative consequences had we not been aware.

Predrag did my closing for my new home. As a first time home buyer, we have no idea what the procedure is. He was friendly and very organized, the whole process was very quick. He had all the document ready on arrival, and all we did was sign away, after he explained what we were signing of course. I recommend Predrag, and will come back if I ever save enough for another home.
