I got my motorcycle license 23 years ago and have loved every single second of it. I started with a Sportster at 19 then bought my all time favorite bike 1992 Heritage Softail Classic named Frankie and lastly I had an FXR, & while I currently don't own a bike I do get the privilege of taking a demo when I have the opportunity.
Working full time with young kids(twins) doesn't leave a ton of 'Me time but I've met some of the best people because of my love of motorcycles. Because of my over 10 years of time at TDMC I've gained some of the best friends in the world through my co-workers and customers. When you love what you do, it doesn't seem like work.

My wife and I dropped by Trev Deeley to buy some riding pants back in July. As usual, we took some time to wander around and drool over the bikes… and then we noticed a 1999 FLHRCI in red with fishtail pipes. Considering we only came in for riding pants and a T-shirt, the sales team were quite open to letting me take a quick test ride. Sold! All the staff at Deeley’s have always been super friendly on the occasions we have been by the store. As for the Road King, I’ve put a couple of thousand km’s in on the commute, plus a few two up excursions, and not only that, it’s the first bike

Trev Deeley is the oldest Harley-Davidson Dealership In Canada. That alone tells you how long they have been servicing the motorcycle world. The place is well lit and showing off the whole line of motorcycles under one roof. The motorclothes selection is vast and they sell everything you would need to be out on the open road. The parts department is always hopping and service is always ready to get your bike in for any repairs or to build your dream bike. Big shout out to Stuart, Carrie and Jason for the great customer service while I was shopping for a motorbike there. They were extremely flexible in putting together a deal that met my needs even when it meant a lot of extra work for them.

Had the best experience buying an used 2019 CBR650R from the dealership on 2021-07-29. This is my 4th bike and I have dealt with private owners as well as other dealerships, but Trev Deeley leaves everyone in the dust.
My salesperson was Jeff and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. None of the usual pushiness or aggressive sales tactics that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Jeff was courteous and humble from the start to finish. He was quick with his actions and I sensed nothing but open honesty from him throughout the process. Thanks Jeff!

Visited the Harley dealership recently, it's located just off of boundary and East second... Their old location many years ago was just a few blocks south or there is some car dealership now... Very very clean showroom with lots of Covid protocols in place, definitely did not hinder my shopping experience. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by salesman named Andy. He is very knowledgable and great to deal with, now I'm just waiting to see if my neighbours will hear of roaring sound in our neighbourhood soon

2020 was mostly a year to be rid of, but in August we had a memorable and very positive encounter that is definitely a highlight. Riding on our Harley on the freeway in Langley when our tire blew and we were lucky to stay upright. Pulled over on the side of the road in the blazing sun, waiting for a tow truck when a guy on a bike stops to check on… us. It was Stuart Wells sales manager from Trev Deeley. I've bought two bikes from here. First a street glide, then a road glide special. The salesman is very knowledgeable in Harley's, and has answered all my inquiries since I bought the bike. Never hesitated to give me recommendations on things I asked about. Where Trev Deeley stands out is the Service department. Their technicians are top notch. I had heat demons installed on my bike. Out of curiosity I inspected the installation. The craftsmanship on the install was impeccable. Additionally, the service manager is very organized, I once had over 5 things done to my bike and he remembered every one

Lying con's right from the GM Darwin right to the bottom, blatantly lying and screwing a customer over $84 Will tell you they can't refund you a month later after multiple phone calls and emails pestering them wondering what's taking so long, due to a part they had in stock being "special order" when you call them out on it their head mouth breather in parts will say it's damaged and can't be sold but we're doing you a favour giving you a store credit. Stay far clear of this fraudulent business

Nice large store very cool museum i have been here numerous times over the years its very dark for some reason not enough bright lighting no couch to hang in the lounge area which is full of used trade ins but one nice couch in the clothing dept
was looking for pants but they dont seem to really sell any but the clothing selection of styles is the best i have ever seen in my life i want to buy everything
staff in clothing dept are always super friendly

Beautiful building with a large clothing section and some motorcycles to purchase but was very impressed with the motorcycle exhibit they have an impressive collection. I'd come back again just to read all the info they have displayed as I was too distracted by all the bikes to take in the history and info posted.

I recently purchased a motorcycle from this dealership. This is my third purchase from this firm. I estimate that I have spent about $55,000 with them in total.
Today I was taking my used (new to me) Ducati to a nearby dealership (about an 8 minute ride away) for an inspection. I had asked the sales manager Sean if he would send someone to bring me back to my car (probably a 15 minute round trip). Short story is he initially refused (& was quoting company policy) but then agreed. Unfortunately, he never showed up. I eventuality had to call a friend to rescue me.
All this during December-probably

I don't trust their service department. Spent over a thousand dollars to fix issues relating to my speedometer only to have it malfunction less than a week later. Charged me another billable hour when I brought it in and inform me they will not provide warranty for their work and wanted to take everything apart to trace the problem which could take many additional hours. I ended up taking the bike apart myself and traced it to a burnt fuse in 30 minutes. I'm not a professional or particularly handy but even I know enough electronics to isolate the problem. Bottom line is these guys
