Rode my Vstrom across the country from Toronto to Vancouver. My bike needed a tune up, and the first place I searched up said they wouldn't be able to fit me in until the week after for a simple tune up. Thankfully that didn't pan out, because Stefanos and team are beyond exceptional at what they do - they are equally amazing humans!
Even though they were booked up, they still managed to find an hour to work on my bike to ensure the rest of my roadtrip went smoothly! Thanks guys!

A friend of mine has been having his bike serviced at Imperial for years and recommended Imperial. I initially went tire shopping and got a super deal on dunlops for my RSV4 RR. I also wanted angled valve stems. Craig and Stefano jumped through hoops to get me a great deal on both. Since then Imperial will be doing the majority of the work. Real motorcycle guys that live and breathe motorcycles. You have Craig who does the admin and parts--and for any of us old guys like me you will remember him from Westwood--plus a younger Stefano that runs the repair end. Great team. I highly recommend them

I brought my new-ish to me 2009 Triumph Speed Triple in with some mysterious electrical issues. I appreciate how Stefano was patient with it and eventually figured out all the different problems and communicated fairly well during the process. Seems like a trustworthy independent shop. They were also very reasonable with the charges; I'll definitely be going back here if needed as they seem to care about the bike and customer, unlike some larger shops in my experience.

Brought my CBR300R in for an oil change. A few days after, my bike stopped working when I was riding down the #1. After bringing it to another shop they found that when changing the oil, the gasket on the filter was pushed in which prevented oil from going to the engine. The damage necessitated replacing the head assembly.
On the plus side, they owned up to the mistake and paid the damages on the bike. Regardless, I will no longer be going back for service.
