Bought my brand new Ninja 650 today from Trevor and I'm super happy with the service I got. From start to finish it was all done conviently through email, I got a fair price for my trade in and approval for the new bike within a day. I will gladly deal with them again and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Kawasaki, hope to do business with them again soon!

I have never been disappointed with the service I receive from the Parts Department. I have a 1983 KZ-440 LTD "collectors plated" bike, which was originally purchased from Burnaby Kawasaki in 1983 (not by me). I have restored this bike back to almost factory and a lot of the support came from the good folks in Parts. They have help me source "rare" replacement parts for this bike over the years and shipped them up to me in excellent time (I am in Prince George). She is still a sweet ride and purrs like a kitten, with a lot of thanks to the great folks at Burnaby Kawasaki! Thanks folks! Cheers!

Hi all,
So, I got a few things to say,
I took my 04 ZX10r for an inspection. I did an engine swap on the bike because the original one had problems. I asked burnaby kawasaki to make sure the bike is safe and if any work needs to be done, for them to go ahead and do it. They charge 120$$$ an hour.
My total bill was approximately 930.00$
Here's what was done to my bike
1. Brake fluid change
2. Power commander removed
3. Pinched oil line was fixed ( Gas tank was removed to fix this problem )
4. Chain was adjusted to correct slack
All of this should not have taken more than 2.5 - 3 hours
So, I got a few things to say,

The staff at this place are all very professional and respectful. I'm sometimes a very difficult customer, but that never has made Jay and Trevor treating me differently. I'm a new rider with a brand new Indian Scout Bobber. You'd think I should be getting my service done at the Indian dealer but I have completely lost faith in them (not the bike, just the dealer). I originally considered buying a Kawasaki from Jay and was impressed with his style and approach. Then when I needed things done with my Indian it made sense to try them out cause they're local and their reviews are crazy good. Well everyone I've dealt with so far has been fantastic and they've provided great value. Even going so far as to help me out in a jam when I really needed

Bought my first bike, a Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS here and can't say enough god things. Jay helped me and was extremely informative and full of good advice on the process from the outset, particularly all the in's and out's of various year models, some of the mods you can apply, and the specifics around tires, shocks, seating / ride height, safety tips, etc. Never felt pressured or pushy at all - great bike & awesome service.

Amazing people and service. I was helped out by Trevor when I went in to bargain on a new ninja 300 and he was extremely respectful and was always trying to help out and satisfy me with a good deal. And now to the service department... REMARKABLE SERVICE.. that's all I could say. I went in today to get another key cut for my bike and while I was walking up to my bike ready to leave I noticed that my right turn signal was all fogged up. It seems that the rain somehow made it's way inside the housing so I immediately went back and told someone about it in the parts department and without

Really great service. Went in with a tonne of questions about financing a bike and left there with almost all the answers I needed and with the right steps I need to take to move forward with a purchase. Trevor was the sales associate that helped me and I'm hoping I can make it work. The other thing I loved is they didn't dismiss me or ignore me the way some other dealers have and I wasn't brushed aside for other customers that looked like they had money to spend. Very pleased.
