EMS was conceived in 2007 after the founder was working in the motorcycle industry for a few years and noticed that efficient and real time service was in demand and not being offered by any existing shops. The concept of a quick service was shop was developed and EMS was born. We started offering real time hot oil changes and brake service as well as tire changes.

Fast service with no appointments ever. Edward Sweet opened the first EMS in 2008 inside a 700 sq ft building with two lift benches and a desire to do things differently. After two seasons EMS had to expand to a 1300 sq ft bulding with three lift benches. Another three seasons passed and EMS had to expand again to 2000 sq ft.

The guys here are experienced and funny. Had an issue with an oil fill cap after an oil change and they made things right, no questions asked. Will be going back, for sure.

Great shop, I came in looking for tyres, they could only get tires that were $300 a piece due to the odd size, they recommended me some options online and where to get them. Came in with my tires and they were happy to install them.
Great turn around, nice people, I shall be back.

Ted is the star of the show but his sidekick Ed is fantastic too!
This dynamic duo took care of my bike in a hasty fashion.
I've been there twice so far and I would not hesitate to go again.
10/10 would recommend

I dropped off the rear wheel of my motorcycle and a tire for mounting and balance. Eddie and Ted were both friendly and professional, yet relaxed. The service was quicker than I expected, and exactly as quoted. I love their open-concept shop complete with retro stuff on the walls, and even a friendly cat! The experience was better than typical dealer shops. Great job guys, and highly recommended. I will be back.

Ted, Eddie and the rest of their crew are just top notch for motorcycle services. The shop also has a unique look and just feels cozy and homey. They also charge a fair price and their expertise is second to none. They will get you in and out for small services. My bikes are solely serviced by them and I will never go back to anybody else. Definitely the go-to shop in the city!
