Once again Kelly has worked hard to help us renew our mortgage while making it so easy for us. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to find the best scenario for our circumstances and patiently answered all of our questions. After numerous attempts to deal with my current insurance company I finally got into contact with Lyndsay Ratson at First Foundation . She was absolutely phenomenal to deal with and addressed my concerns and issue immediately. Within the day I had all my Questions answered and clarified. Very professional and went over and above to help. I originally started with a different insurance company and although they were good to deal with in the beginning, that quickly changed when my friend left. I was pleased to learn that the company was taken over by first foundation and could notice a difference right away in the service I got. These guys are amazing. I decided to buy a house here in Edmonton and I thought to myself, "self, you should get a broker". And, so I did.

It's been a few years since I have been in the house buying game and life had afforded me some interesting knocks as it tends to do. I randomly chose Gord out of the pleth of ads for this type of service and am I glad I did.

I first used First Foundation 5 years ago when I was looking for a new mortgage for my primary residence. I had shopped around at all the big banks first and then gave First Foundation a chance to see what they could do. They impressed from the start. They beat the rate at the bank and they gave me much better service than I was getting anywhere else.

Since then First Foundation has secured a few more mortgages for me and each time they beat the rates from the banks. What I really appreciate about FF though is the fact that everyone I have dealt with there is a pleasure to work with and
