I've been going to hot heads for YEARS and have taken advantage of many of their services (hair, makeup and waxing). After my visit with my favourite stylist Erin had to post this! Talking with my stylist today I expressed concern with my thinning hair.
She was able to chat with me about different options - shampoo they carry and extensions they do - TWO employees came to show me their extensions for an example and another happy client actually popped over to talk to me about hers as well.After visiting so many different salons and trying new colours and styles, i visited hotheads and feel like I finally hit the jackpot!

Priscilla has been cutting my hair for 2 years now and I will not go to anyone else. I have never been able to find the same quality and attentiveness that Priscilla is able to provide. She is one of the best barbers I have been to and I always get compliments on my hair and people are always asking where I have had it done. Her lines are very clean and I have never been so impressed by a haircut until I started going to Priscilla.

I'm not going to lie, I have been coming here for 6 years and the service I experienced was beyond atrocious. I will not speak for everyone that works there but the the women who provided my service, failed to complete my wash and failed to trim my hair as requested bc of her lack of time management skills then proceeded to acknowledge her short fall in services. I'm sure the other other stylists are great but it only takes one bad apple as they say to ruin the reputation of a once go to salon, the name is quite accurate when they say hothead bc that is exactly what you will be met with. My future

A stylist here has been doing my hair for so long that I have followed her from other salons for her to be able to continue to do my hair. The stylist Priscilla is one of the best hair stylist I have ever worked with. Every time I come in she has a plan for my hair and a direction in what she wants to do and does a great job at explaining to me what its going to look like in the end. She still manages to do everything that I want and makes my hair look amazing every time.
I have never been disappointed with my time with Priscilla, she is always nice, talkative and attentive to detail. I will continue

I've been coming here for almost a year and working with Priscilla. As a dude, I was a little hesitant to go to a salon and was worried that while the service would be good, the experience would be awkward. I'm glad I went though because Priscilla is the real deal. Not only is she an amazing stylist and super cool person, she's a licensed barber and loves doing men's hair.
I've been to Priscilla probably 5/6 times since I started going and every time she literally knocks the cut out of the park. I let her do whatever she wants and it always looks great. Not to mention the fun we have just chatting
