Our facility is a unique 20 feet high ceiling corner glass unit which offer a bright natural light environment and clean air circulation all day long. I got a shellac manicure at 6pm on Wednesday, the lady who did my nails was so ruff she cut the skin around my pinky and it was bleeding slightly and now has left a mark. Additionally my shellac colour seems to be changing, the colour is starting to turn dark at the top only after 2 days after my manicure. Really disappointed in the service.

I Had a Pedicure, Acrylic Nail Fill and Eyebrow wax...
Pedicure was done by Tom. He was extremely gentle and was always making sure I was comfortable. He did a great job!! âââââ
Nails were done by Mia. I have been going to her for a little while now, and I LOVE her! She's my go to girl for sure. She is a stickler for detail all while being quick. She's amazing!
Eyebrows were also done by Mia. Amazing job as well!! âââââ

I got a new set of acrylics done and the entire process was painful. I had to first get my old set removed and the nail tech, Tim, yanked each one off using a nail extension with no care to whether my real nail beds were being damaged and it felt like my actual nails were about to be ripped off my fingers.
I asked for coffin shaped nails and they look like rectangles. Tim also burned the skin around my nails with the buffing tool several times and even when I said it burned, he kept going and didnât even apologize. Even when filing my nails with a regular nail file, he was extremely rough and

I used to go here before covid started and it is clear that the materials and chemicals that they use have either expired or they started using cheaper stuff. I went there and spent over $90+tip on a full gel set and three nails broke that night just by folding laundry. I wish I was exaggerating. I called and asked them to fix them and they did no charge which was great. They said they were made too thin and should be much thicker which made sense as to why it broke so easily. However, I leave and as I'm looking at them I notice cracks already forming in the gel. Two days later one on each hand

Super disappointed with the manicure and pedicure that I received today. Went with 2 others and was super rushed through everything. Uneven application of the nail polish and plenty of air bubbles in my nails and toes. Requested for round shaped nails, got almond instead and some of them are crooked/uneven. Pointed out that there were some bubbles and a speck of glitter but was told that 'it happens because of the top coat.'
So disappointed in the service and quality.

When my appointment started 30 mins late I knew it was going down from there. First the lady kept pushing my hands away everytime she was done painting. she pushed my hands so hard the paint actually scrapped on top of the pixie glass. Second the nail isn't painted properly, shape is awful, my nail is not painted evenly and the nails are messy. All these good ratings make me look like I went somewhere else. Who y'all go to in there!?!? đ« they did me real dirty.

I went here to get an acrylic set. The customer service was good, and all of the nail technicians were very nice. I had made an appointment for 7:15 and I didn't get my nails done until 7:40. My nails were fine, the polish job could have been better. After i left, i had to go back because there was polish on my cuticles and it was very messy. When i went back, the tech fixed it but i was still quite unsatisfied. The job felt very rushed, even though i made an appointment.They also didn't have the color that i wanted, even though it was on display. I will probably not be coming back to

Never go here! I got an acrylic set and half of my nails were crooked and they were all thick and uneven. The man who did my nails rushed and wouldnt listen to me when i told him that the nails were crooked. They also didn't have the colours i chose from their samples so I had to chose something completely different. When we complained to the manager about how bad it was she said she had to help other customers first instead of taking off the nails i just wasted my time on getting. She kept laughing and talking back. A few customers actually left after seeing my nails and how the manager was

The employee didn't give much time at all to decide what my girlfriend wanted when she realized they didn't have her colour. They got impatient and rushed my girlfriend to chose. The job itself didn't last a day before starting to chip. When she went to get it redone, they weren't accommodating. They complained that she took too long to decide last time (yes, the same woman from before). She was then aggressive removing the old stuff and left cuts on her hands. Absolutely terrible employee, although the manager did help out which is the only reason I'm giving this more

I am updating my prior review since my technician has left (Annie) and I can't seem to catch a break. I have had nails done by Candy and Tom and their sets just don't compare to my past experiences. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the female manager that is usually there and she didn't acknowledge what I was saying. She giggled and said "next time we fix". I then asked when Annie would be back and she said "soon". I learnt later they Annie has left indefinitely and this was common knowledge but they were not truthful
