Terrible service I definitely would not recommend coming here. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and recently got an infection on my legs from getting a wax there. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t have any clue on what to do to help me. One of the ladies Jessica laughed it off and tried to blame it on my face having break outs. The other lady Lee was trying to help but obviously didn’t know what to do. I ended up having to go to the emergency room. I was not offered a refund. I definitely will not be coming back there and neither will the numerous customers I’ve recommended

I’ve been getting my acrylics done at Luxury Nails since this location opened and I can definitely say that I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s always clean and a welcoming environment..lots of laughs always.
I’ve been getting my (acrylics with UV Gel) nails done for almost 9 years now and I’ve tried numerous salons and this one for some reason my nails last longer and hardly ever break at my length when I keep them on for too long. At Luxury I usually get a NEW set once every 2 months—but I get a refill every 2-3 weeks.

Today, i was having my online graduation, but i still wanted to be pampered 😂. Me and my mom had a hard time finding a salon for me to go to, and ended up getting this one the day of. I was afraid to go here because of all the bad reviews it was getting, but let me tell you that this place was amazing. I got a kiddie mani pedi for $40. We can 15 minutes early, and there was only one person here, and she got me started early and right away! I had some cuts on my cuticles, but she was gentle when snipping and I didn’t even have to tell her about them. ASK FOR SHEILA

The salon is clean, the services are on par, the results are usually great, and the staff is usually pretty nice. However, when I recently got my nails done I noticed bubbles forming on my nails as I was in the chair so they fixed them- it was awesome! But not one hour later my other nails started developing them so I booked an appointment to go back and get them fixed-which they had no problem with. But after it was "fixed" a second time and I went outside I could see the problem wasn't fixed. So when I went back inside TWO employees (who weren't the ones who did my nails in the first place) gamed

New Owners took over this location starting February!! Came in not knowing but decided to give them a try. Why not, I was already in the door. I sure didn't regret my decision and was very happy I stayed.
Gotten a pedicure and gel polish done by Jenny. Super sweet person. My feet and fingernails feels and looks amazing. I felt so relaxed here.
They have a great selection of polish and gel colors. This salon is nice, clean and organized. I will be coming back again. Next appointment is already booked. Thank you Jenny I will see you again soon!!
