I came in and asked for mani and pedi. The man said come back in 30 mins. 55 mins later I was sat down for pedi and I explained I wanted dipping on my finger nails. The lady said ok and started on my pedicure, about 30 mins later another lady walked up to me and said I don't have time. You have dip on your nails. It takes too much time we are leaving. It's 5 pm and they close at 7 pm. No apology no nothing and she just walked away. The sweet lady doing my manicure said she is the owner. We'll damn! Had I known you couldn't do my mani, I wouldn't have had you people

I have been there three times and I like my pedicure overall. However, Tammy did a poor job yesterday for my pedicure. She leaned over to unroll my pants immediately after she finished painting and her sweater smushed my nails. Then she redid them two more times but they were just okay. I also felt rushed without having enough time to dry completely. She asked to pay immediately after she was done. I still tipped her with 20% tips but I wouldn't have her again or recommend her.

Cons: did not honor appointment time and offered zero explanation or apology, not even a goodbye as I walked out the door. Extremely disappointed. Will never return to this location. They were very busy but that does not warrant their horrible customer service. They overbook and expect loyal customers???? I don't get it.

It is very rare that I give poor reviews, but I want to warn anyone looking for a place to have a proper pleasant dip manicure done. This is NOT the place.
I had mad a reservation to have a dip manicure & pedicure for me, and a manicure for my sister.
They took 1.5 hours to do my dip manicure, and didn't give me any lotion or massage in my hands...AND forgot all about my pedicure.
At home in MD, my lady does a fantastic and efficient job giving both a pleasant dip manicure and pedicure in about 70min..

Loved the stellar service here! the manicurists were very friendly, seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and made sure I was happy with my manicure before I left. I got a gel French manicure and a deluxe pedicure with gel French tips, and I'm happy with how they turned out The massages they gave were very relaxing as well Highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices too

When you leave a nail salon with your nails looking worse (and much more damaged) than when you arrived, you know it was not a quality experience. I had experienced good technicians prior to this last visit on April 19th, so I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money on a salon that apparently no longer cares about providing quality services to its customers.

Love my new nails! Ask for Brian, he's the best! He was very meticulous, really cleaned up my nails and shaped them just the way I like (typing-friendly!). I came in with acrylics, he did a great job refilling them and laying the new gel coat. The color I used was #140 red, it's very pretty! Overall would recommend, very affordable as well!

I just got my nails done here and I left not so happy bc they cut my nails so short to the point where it looks like bit my nail also some of my nails are not even. To top it off I asked for a light pink and she told me that it's way too light for you like no that the color I chose so do it! If I can get a refund I would a waste of time and money here don't bother going here

Love this place bryan did an amazing job im on vacation for 2 weeks and decided to get my nails done for once and go a little crazy i usually do something simple but i wanted to do something different and he did an amazing job my sister in law did her nails also and she loved them we will definitely be coming back!!

My first visit to Lovely Nails was...lovely! I got a gel mani and regular pedi ($45) and got my eyebrows waxed ($9). I had Natalie as my nail technician -- she did a great job! One of my nails was slightly broken and she did everything to save my nail instead of just cutting it off:) Also the complimentary massage after the manicure was amazing-- I would have her do an extra long massage next time if possible!
Payment: they don't take American Express and bring cash for tips because you can't add it in your card.

I had some free time with out my kids and needed a mani bad. Happened To come to cvs and stoped by and asked for prices and availability.They had time for a walk in and Brian was quick to help me.
I had the dip gel powder. Loved it!! Better then regular gel last longer too.
Brian was nice and quick. Loved the color but can't remember #.
Side note: one of my nails chipped not even a week of having them done. Called Brian and he said come in. He took care of it ASAP.

Thanks to Retail Therapy and Yelp's Check-in Offer for $22 Gel Manicure that I've already been here twice in a row and will continue to do so as long as I get the same fabulous service from Natalie. Take note that there's a $3 fee to remove the gel even if getting a service. I got spoiled from other places that don't charge for that so just FYI.
Located in Culver Plaza next to Panda Express, was surprised to learn that they've been around forever because the place looks well-maintained and clean. The staff too were pleasant and while they would chat in their native tongue

Stay away. Honestly I was extremely disappointed in the skill of my technician today when I came in for an acrylic removal and new set walk-in. Although everybody is very polite and the salon seems clean, the technician I had was too imprecise and after bleeding on 2 fingers, I ended the job as soon as I could.

- To remove gel-acrylics, you always start with the dremel to sand off the gel. She completely forgot this crucial step.
