Recently bought a pair of prescription Chanel sunglasses here. I have nothing but good things to say about their service. When I went in to try on some frames the sales associate helping me must have taken out almost every single pair of glasses for me to look at. I was very impressed. At the same time I didn't feel pressured to buy and was allowed to look at my leisure. This was especially impressive during Covid because you know they would have to sanitize every pair I tried on. I think I have found my new place to buy glasses in Toronto. Will return for sure! Thanks guys!

Came in today to get a pair of Cartier sunglasses fixed. We checked out a few different places prior and got insane pricing and wait times.
The service here was incredible. Everything was fixed on the spot, fast and the gentleman was incredibly friendly and really took care of us.
Highly recommended. Will 100% be back!

Went in to bring a pair of my glasses to get fixed. He was pressed I didn't want to buy more and repeated it twice. I did say this prior before coming in via phone call. I am not too sure if he is sexist or not, but proceeded to tell me my glasses also could be fake ( maybe because they broke, but I saw a review from a man about his Tom Ford glasses.) I guess I should have brought my authenticity certificate + and the receipt of the designer store I bought them at. Even if they were, you don't act gnarly about it. Have some class, strong women are everywhere.

Amazing customer experience! I went there to have a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses repaired for a missing screw and a lens that popped out. The guy that did the repairs for me (Friday, Dec 28), did it in less than 5 minutes at no charge. He even replaced the nose cushions as they were a bit worn out. I highly recommend this place based on the service I received.

I bought two of my glasses there and I felt nice. Until they sold a pair of Chanel to my girlfriend with scratches on the lenses. The glasses was put on a white board background in store so the scratch was not obvious. We found out a week later when the glasses was kept carefully in box for the whole time. And the sale there just don’t admit it until I found the photo of the glasses I took at the store which has the scratch. Still can be noticed if you really examine carefully. Not only that, the sale also lied in my face saying they won’t sell glasses with faults before I showed him the picture

Paul was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. He had detailed knowledge of his products and has a museum like collection of exclusive brands and unique styles I did not see at several other shops. This is an excellent place to shop if you are interested in the best eyewear brands, the latest and trendiest frames, and/or the classics. Their prices on the best lenses (i.e. Nikon) and coatings are competitive (better than the likes of LensCrafters, and better quality than the likes of WalMart). Also, they won't try to rip you off and get you to buy a thinner lense if they don't feel the frame/your prescription requires it, just to charge you more. They care about giving you the best product for the best value.
