Mental Health T.O. is a free phone service to help connect infants, children and youth up to 18 years old and their families to mental health and addiction services in their community. The service is free and all calls are confidential. There are six locations across the city of Toronto, and appointments and health cards are not necessary.

What do you do if you did not hear the person properly? By SNAP's logic you presume that you have heard something what you think is right, however, in reality it turns out that it was wrong but the call to Children Aid Society has been made leaving the family in the situation where they have to apologize for child worker's misunderstanding.… Eventually excusing themselves, SNAP said that they have to report every concern... well if the person during the conversation makes presumptions - it is not a conversation. My point is that when you come for help you get a slap on your face and it is
