Juan made the process really clear from ICBC claim, ordering parts, to completing the job on time. Quality of work is superb, as is the service and communication. It's never fun to have to deal with car repairs and ICBC claims but I honestly look forward to bringing my car in to Cerna Collision - they have been excellent every single time I've been there, several times over the past few years.
I have consistently been impressed by the efficiency and the quality, they are constantly going above and beyond and it is clear they not only have a passion for what they do, but they are REALLY good at it.
Make no mistake, this is the only place I will bring my Challenger when it needs body work, especially when going through ICBC.

Cerna Collison came highly recommended, and I was impressed. From the start they provided great customer service, they gave a hassle free, worry free, and best of all an amazing experience. Cerna went above and beyond, beginning with their help through the ICBC process, their attention to detail in the repairs and right down to cleaning the interior. Excellent service! A truck hit the rear driver’s side of my vehicle causing damage and scraped off the paint. Cerna Collision not only returned my vehicle to it’s original state, they went above and beyond with the colour match where it had not been done properly, previously. I was also provided a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend Cerna Collision.

I had recently been involved in an accident and someone recommended me Cerna Collision for all body work. When I looked at the front of my vehicle I could not see how anyone could make my vehicle looked like nothing had happened.
Not only they completed the repairs way ahead of schedule but they left my vehicle looking like it had never been in an accident, I couldn't believe it. I know that it is what body shops are supposed to do, but honestly it definitely takes a whole other level of skills and talent to do this.

I dealt with Juan directly (the owner), and he was extremely courteous and professional, and always got back to me within an hour or two if I had a question. ICBC refused to pay for some damage, and Juan offered to do it for much less than he normally charges (almost half!) He is very understanding of the hard financial times Covid has put everyone in, and he let me pay him as soon as I had the money.
