I was at Fraserview CollisIon for my car repairs and I just wanted to say I'm so impressed with the customer service and quality care I received. The owner Sam was delightful to deal with and met all my needs. He asked all the right questions and made sure I was aware of the repairs required in detail.
Our team at Fraserview Collision is specifically trained in aluminum repair and we have installed a separate aluminum repair station in our body shop. This station is complete with aluminum specific tools and dust control equipment. Our aluminum team is trained on damage analysis, and OEM recommended repair processes including structural and dent removal.

I had a great experience with Sam and Fraserview Collision. It was a Corolla with some rear damage and then not only repaired collision damage but spent some extra time to repair the other ancillary damage to the car. I really appreciated the easy communication and the great body work.

I took my cargo van for coolant leak inspection to Fraserview servie
They hoisted it up and pressure tested it and
seems they found the place where it leaks.
Because another shop had worked on that part, Greg, Fraserview Service's owner suggested that, I take it back to the mechanic who did work on it.
Greg did not charge me for the work in spite
of my insistance, pay for the work.
Mechanic shop is on good and easy location and it has plenty of space.

With the recommendation from a high-end shop with over thirty years business in Vancouver (which works on $150k+ cars, not Toyota's like me), I had Fraserview Collision to complete an expensive job (major collision). Fraserview Collision is a godsend to this city where shops that value their customers are increasingly scarce. I would give less than 5 stars if I wasn't completely satisfied with their work. Having brought 3 different vehicles here over the years, both their friendly customer service, and excellent workmanship have been consistent. It is usually busy - and for obvious reasons. Yet, Sam finds the time to carefully assess our vehicles, and to answer any questions, ensuring that we are completely satisfied. In summary I would recommend the team at Fraserview Collision to anyone looking to get good
